Goto other branches to get your money back! Madison — Teachers, firefighters and police officers said they would begin a boycott of M&I Bank if the bank does not begin publicly opposing Gov. Scott Walker’s efforts to curtail collective bargaining for public workers. Unions representing those groups said they would start other boycotts of businesses that backed Walker in his campaign. The letter to M&I President Tom Ellis said the boycott would begin March 17 if the bank hasn’t opposed Walker’s efforts by then. “In the event that you cannot support this effort to save collective bargaining, please be advised that the undersigned will publicly and formally boycott the goods and services provided by your company,” the letter says. “However, if you join us, we will do everything in our power to publicly celebrate your partnership in the fight to preserve the right of public employees to be heard at the bargaining table.” The letter was sent by the heads of the Wisconsin Professional Police Association, the Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin, the International Association of Fire Fighters Local 311, Madison Teachers Inc., Green Bay Education Association, Dane County Deputy Sheriffs Assocation and the Madison Professional Police Officers Association. http://www.jsonline.com/blogs/news/117756068.html http://eyeonmandi.com/handouts/ » Posted By PatsyT On March 10, 2011 @ 1:19 pm Lynettema, I have a major problem with the The hate and vitriol that has been aimed at our The voices and faces of the People of Wisconsin, » Posted By PatsyT On March 10, 2011 @ 12:51 pm Arianna’s Marie Antoinette Moment Well I am not surprised ~ Our heated up CUSD CA school board issue of last year » Posted By PatsyT On March 7, 2011 @ 1:42 pm Yes Virginia, There is Class Warfare LOL Kes! » Posted By PatsyT On March 9, 2011 @ 9:37 am PW, So true on the conservative thing, But now those Farmers are in a “”””Union”””” ARGGGHHH! » Posted By PatsyT On March 8, 2011 @ 4:55 pm Oh Bito that is way too hilarious, you know the original word is not “forget” » Posted By PatsyT On March 8, 2011 @ 3:12 pm Farmers with Tractors Will March or Roll on Madison this Saturday !! ‘Tractorcade’ moves farmers into budget debate The farmers will be part of the Farm Labor Tractorcade, hosted by Wisconsin Farmers Union and Family Farm Defenders. The rally on capitol square and at the capitol will include music and presentations by farmers speaking out against the governor’s proposals. “There’s plenty in the bills which, if they’re passed, would really hurt farmers and rural communities,” said Wisconsin Farmers Union President Darin Von Ruden, a Westby-area dairy farmer. “Our members have been telling us they want their voices heard, so we’re giving them the forum for the governor and Legislature to get the message that there are problems with the bills.” The budget repair bill would threaten BadgerCare, on which more than 11,000 state farm-family members depend for health insurance coverage, and would nearly eliminate collective bargaining rights for public employees. The biennial budget takes more than $800 million from public schools while allowing 0 percent levy increases without referendum — which means small rural schools each would have to either increase farmers’ property taxes by hundreds of thousands of dollars or drastically cut programs. Shared revenue cuts to municipalities also would make it difficult for townships to offer services. Thousands of farmers from across the dairyland are about to descend on Wisconsin’s capitol to show their solidarity with unions fighting to keep collective bargaining rights. This is in response to the new radical bill that Governor Walker is trying to enact on the unions, clearly attempting to neuter them altogether. Michael Moore on Rachel Maddow last night

Love the fine print!
greater game and we have lots of innings left.
Just look at these folks!
They are not backing down and letting themselves get demoralized.
They are getting right back in there and fighting hard!
“President Obama needs to get his comfortable shoes on and get here to Wisconsin” crowd.
Just when did he say that?
Wasn’t that a time when we all had hope?
I thought that, although the republicans would be
vigorous opponents to President Obama’s polices,
they would maintain a level of respect for the office.
You know, kinda how they are about “Support the Troops”.
Surely they had to be somewhat respectful of a President
with such a powerful and clear victory.
Look at how we were all supposed to be so respectful and supportive
of the “appointed” Bush, even after 9/11.
President is like no other in History.
OK so maybe he did not PLAN on the
RW hate machine being this toxic and this scary.
Can you blame him if he had hope?
I don’t think he is afraid, I think he knows he HAS to be careful.
Is anyone remembering that our President
has two precious little girls and a beautiful wife?
He is a family man and great family man at that.
The last thing this country needs is a tragedy.
Ohio, Michigan, Florida and the other states with
RW machines attacking, are the most effective.
They have the passion, the story,
they are winning over the independents and republicans.
Folks please be aware of AH and her “Patch”
Coming to a neighborhood near you.
http://www.patch.com/
I am finding that although this looks like a nice idea, and maybe it is,
like HP seemed to be in the beginning, here in So Cal, it is a wolf in sheep clothing.
where we recalled two of the
voucher loving, teacher union hating board members is alive again
on the Aliso Viejo, San Juan Capistrano “Patch”
Loaded up with RW (the Beales – Mayor from Rancho Santa Margarita) trolls
pushing the meme that teachers are greedy union thugs and all of that.
They are bringing up an issue that the Orange County Register
has dropped and running with it.
Sound familiar?
HP/AH goes Local!
Those commie cows are on the moove!
I remember it to be that way with the farmers in Ohio and Illinois!
They are organizing!
Unionized Farmers Thugs! Beware,
they will put socialism in your wheat, your corn, your hay…
your horses and your dairy cows will become commies!!!
Commie Cows!!!
Help that cow is looking at me!!!
They got a mention on Rachel Maddow last night.
Chippewa Falls, Wis. (March 7, 2011) – Farmers, many driving their tractors, will descend upon the Wisconsin Capitol Saturday to express concerns about the effects Gov. Scott Walker’s proposed budget repair bill and 2011-2013 biennium budget would have on rural Wisconsin.
The event will start at noon.
I love all animals, kitties, doggies, bunnies, horses, any animals.
This really makes me sick.
This is completely immoral, how dare he.
this is in his “budget”
http://www.americanprogress.org/issues/2011/02/tax_breaks_infographic.html
So they were priming us back then hun?
That does fit.
I was working and going to school and just way to busy
with friends so maybe my life saved me from that kind off influence.
I do seem to remember my Mom being bothered by that show.
So I think you are on to something.
instead of House Hunters or Selling New York

Selling the New Yorker
1990 Chrysler New Yorker
you can sleep a family of four in here- easy!
We often donate can goods to a local food pantry
and they have never been so busy.
When you see the families come and go
you have to say, that could be anyone.
This has not singled out just the “lazy”
as the RW’s would like you to think
but so many that by no fault get caught up in the system.
they have to up the number of farmers with tractors!
1100, 1300, 2020 !
That will be a fantastic photo/film op!
Lets see the MSM ignore that one!
One of our neighbors had giant thugs banging at their door and then at our door looking for the neighbor. They did not look “official” so I asked -Are you the sheriff?
They left and one of them was carrying a crowbar !
I called her on the cell phone and thankfully she was out walking her baby in a stroller.
So she just stayed out longer and asked me to call when they left.
I never figured who those thugs were, the family had to leave in a hurry.
They had to give away their little doggy and their little kids
were sobbing about that the most.
Then of all things, after the bank took position of the house,
it sat empty for nearly a year.
That family could have been there making payments the whole time.

Like Cher, I will have to read it again myself, but after the dinner hour.
This pic is a left over from last week..
They were getting a lot of attention…
What have we said about street theater ?
I have not followed that Quartet very much.
My oldest daughter is studying violin at the Oberlin Conservatory.
One of our favorites is the Emerson Quartet
I have not followed how popular that one is but my daughter loves that the first and second violin switch off positions.
Do you play an instrument?
Could you please explain the Kronos Quartet?
