PollyTics, It baffles me how any man can think that he knows better than a woman what is best for the woman’s body?!?

I’m a man and I have no idea what a woman’s body goes through when the monthly changes occur or how it feels when pregnant. So how could I decide what is best for her?

The SCJ’s who decided this were all men! Every woman SCJ dissented.

One other thing about the hypocrisy of the Hobby Lobby, Viarga is still okay by them. That is discriminatory against women.
I never have been to one of their stores and never will.

Cyndi, I disagree with you. America has in its constitution a separation of Church and State. This ruling gives more rights to the religious than to those who are not. It is discrimination against the nonreligious or other folks whose religion has no problem with contraception.

The ACA provides women’s health care. Some women can not afford to pay extra for what the ACA should pay for. That is discriminating against poorer women.

MBX, this is a blatant case of abuse of power by the SCJ’s on the GOP side. They are ignoring the separation of church and state.
Giving corporations person hood was a bad decision and this one is just as bad.

I believe that the best way to change these bad decisions is to vote out the tea party and get the House in order. Then legislate the bad decisions away.

Murph, we have to follow the money. Get the employers who hire undocumented workers and make them pay. Make them pay BIG fines!
That will stop most of the undocumented workers.

This is part of the immigrant problem. The other part of the immigrant problem is undocumented (some say illegal) workers. I blame the employers (greedy) who hire undocumented workers to save a few dollars. Those employers are creating the problem. They should be rooted out and punished. People would not sneak into our country if there were no jobs for them. Sure we would get some , but not as many.

GC, we need to do something to stop this influx. We Americans are compassionate but we did bring this on ourselves. Back in the “raygun” years we messed with the Central American countries.

I respect all the folks here on the Planet and their opinions. Maybe we can solve this and many other problems. We do deliberate and discuss and come to some sort of agreement most of the time, unlike the congress.

Jim, I echo your prayer that President Obama completes his eight years and his wife and he have a wonderful life after his term. That his children enjoy their Dad for many years. I think he has done a decent job under difficult circumstances. Meeting obstruction head on.
