They had a two year old girl and a service dog. I asked what the service dog did for them. Their answer amazed me. The girl has diabetes and the dog alerts them a half hour before the girls blood test would that she needs her insulin. This dog can smell her breath and tell that she is close to needing meds. I just watched a short news story about service dogs who can detect ovarian cancer early enough to save the woman’s life! These service dogs are wonderful creatures! We value life more and care about innocent people. Many of the countries in the Mid East seem to not value lives as much as we do. I doubt if they would interfere with another countries civil war.
