Time Out for O/T – Vol 1

Good Lord, what a bunch of ignorant nutters. I think they could all benefit from a really large enema to clear their clogged brains. The fact that most of them are so serious about it, sometimes makes me laugh, even though it’s not in the least bit funny to me.

Evening bito. Saw the link you left in MB about the crow situation in Tokyo and answered you at 3:30 am over here. I have my own solution to this annoying problem.

» Posted By Kalima On January 12, 2010 @ 4:44 pm

Bito, you will be in my thoughts and I’ll be keeping my fingers and toes crossed for your results.

Hello there bito, I’m here in and out, no need to miss me. πŸ™‚

I’ve had a few rough months since the beginning of November for sure, I’m happy that at last I seem to be back on track, thank you for caring.

I sincerely hope that things are going well for you too. Sorry to hear about your “crunchy” rice the other day.

» Posted By Kalima On January 11, 2010 @ 6:25 pm

πŸ˜† that was hilarious!!

» Posted By Kalima On January 9, 2010 @ 11:00 pm

Don’t worry, I’ll think of you when when I eat mine. I know it’s not exactly the same but your doctor will thank me. πŸ™‚

LOL, I’m sure that they are bound to be much more earth-shaking than a mere 6.5 on the Richter scale.

» Posted By Kalima On January 9, 2010 @ 8:30 pm

Did anyone feel this?

Breaking News!

“Damage, power outages reported after 6.5-magnitude earthquake off the coast of northern California.”

2:30 sharp bito, I’m starving. Can you make it in one and a half hours?

I’ll set an extra place at the table for you. πŸ™‚

Hubby will be back with armloads of Roach motels, I’m sure.

Habe keine Ahnung!

This is the second or 3rd time we have been eating pasta together. πŸ™‚

I’m surprised that you managed to keep your pasta down, well done.

» Posted By Kalima On January 9, 2010 @ 7:49 pm

Actually it’s pasta today, one of my hubby’s favourite sauces with fresh tomatoes, lots of veggies and fresh basil leaves shredded on top before serving.

Yes he’s at the gym, running to nowhere as usual. He left quite exhausted after finding 2 cockroach nests upstairs and then having to dispose of them because I just couldn’t go near them, “screaming too loud” is what I think he said about me. πŸ™

Good evening javaz. If you are married to them, they never listen. After about 20 years, they develop their own internal on/off switch, amazing how well it works for them. After repeating myself at least 3 times, I forget what it is I wanted to say. Clever buggers they are.

» Posted By Kalima On January 9, 2010 @ 6:27 pm

Good evening bito, just wanted to say Hello before I became too busy. It’s Sunday, hubby’s day off, I’m cooking too.

» Posted By Kalima On January 9, 2010 @ 6:23 pm

The money was in a bag in the hallway, the phone rang, I went to answer it forgetting to lock the door, when I came back the bag and guy were gone. Once bitten, twice shy.

Funnily enough I got a call from the police at the beginning of this year year, they did. He had done the same with about 30 other people in the neighbourhood and because of police warning flyers, they managed to catch him trying to steal from someone else. These people called the police and he was caught the same day because of footage on a home security camera. I managed to get some of my money back, it was still in the bag with my bank books.

We plan to install a security camera very soon and I no longer just open the door to anyone without the chain being in place.

Thank you for asking.

: lol : without the spaces between the colons, try it.

Hello escribacat, hope things are well with you and yours?

» Posted By Kalima On January 7, 2010 @ 9:35 pm

Good night bito. Rest well. I’ll keep the home fires burning until I nod off.

» Posted By Kalima On January 7, 2010 @ 9:00 pm

You mean to say it was “sky” and not “guy” all these years?

I always sang “guy” well what do you know and I remember thinking “Hey, sing it Jimmy!”

» Posted By Kalima On January 7, 2010 @ 8:57 pm

I have a t-shirt that says “F@ck at you” still trying to sort that one out.

Bito, AdLib is delighted for your O/T post idea, thank you!

This site is not just for serious discussions, we are allowed to have fun here too and laugh like hyenas when the mood strikes us.

πŸ˜† K!

Classy eh?

That is a drawing from an old picture of mine from a photo shoot many moons ago. The only problem with it is that my “finger-waved hair is blonde, then again, this is Japan after all. πŸ™‚

Good to see you looking so well too.

» Posted By Kalima On January 4, 2010 @ 6:08 pm

You too.

Does everyone have a junk room in their house?
Years and years of accumulated stuff that you keep because someone was kind enough to give it to you. Stuff you bought because you thought it would come in handy some day, but just became buried at the bottom of a pile of more junk and suddenly it becomes a mountain of junk and you fear for your life.

I’m in our JR now, it has no heat. Wearing 2 pairs of everything, a hat and a scarf, having the time of my life and giggling like a schoolgirl at the things I’m discovering under the heap.

I’ll see you all later. The garbage collectors are going to have a fit tomorrow. πŸ™‚
