Displaying 1,021 To 1,050 Of 18,974 Comments Hello kes, and welcome back. Chicago will never be the same. Will be back to reply to your wonderful comment after I have posted my updates on your Friday morning. A week off? Sounds wonderful but alas I have too many stories waiting on my Mac and will only take a day because I have no one at home to pamper me or feed me grapes. See you soon and put those weary feet up too. Gokosama! » Posted By Kalima On September 23, 2015 @ 11:39 pm Oh absolutely not monicaangela, just the ones you feel like commenting about. I’m glad you saw “The Jungle”, it was raw and stark but captured the reality of what these people are going though. I especially caught my breath at the people looking through the fence, and thought, from one kind of prison to another. The article on climate change and the increase of wild fires was an eye opener and very well researched. Kes told me to take a week off, but I will only take a day and be back with new updates on Friday morning. Until then, take care and hope to see you soon. » Posted By Kalima On September 23, 2015 @ 11:30 pm Hello Nirek. Great to see you here. The refugee crisis is awful, but even more awful are the people smugglers who make millions off the plight of others. I have one story in these updates and one in the last one about those making a business out of smuggling people. Many die as a result in trucks without ventilation. These are the people the governments should be going after, not the poor desperate people trying to escape a war. My pleasure about the Bernie stories, I enjoy reading them too and am delighted he is doing so well. Take care dear Nirek, and I will see you again soon. Peace always to you and yours. » Posted By Kalima On September 19, 2015 @ 1:56 am Hello Monicaangela. The music was soothing. The photo, a place that I could happily spend the rest of my life in. Thank you! The stuffy, greedy politicians in the U.K. should be afraid of Corbyn. Sitting in their ivory towers while bleeding the country dry, and selling off public assets. They are nothing but a bunch of degenerate crooks. I’m following the refugee crisis too, and it’s just one heartbreaking story after another, but Europe did not cause it. Some of the former Eastern Block countries are appalling. Take your time, and I hope you find other stories of interest Sorry it’s been such a hit and miss lately, but there are times that I just can’t use the computer. Hoping for better days soon. Thanks for coming to read and to comment. Take care and see you soon. » Posted By Kalima On September 19, 2015 @ 1:43 am Good Morning Everyone!
