I don’t think you can claim labor law violations since the NBA is a privately owned and operated business. They can hire whomever they want, whenever they want. A lot of people argue that the kids will just go overseas for 2 or 3 years but I doubt it. I think they’ll be surprised at how many kids go to school and actually try.
