I believe that SCOTUS said he had to turn them over to SDNY because “no one is above the law.” Hannity asked the RTLB about turning them over to SDNY, and his answer was a rambling, nonsensical piece of garbage, which essentially said he’s not going to turn them over. All I know, is he will drag his feet and stretch it out as long as he can. And, I really don’t care if they come out before or after the election.
