It sure could. And Trump seems to be lying back and forth throughout every day to try and manipulate the stock market and oil prices. Today he both claimed he was nearly ready to stop the attacks but shipped thousands more troops out there and two new warships. He seems to think that he can lie about the war ending to keep the markets from crashing then do exactly what he declared he wouldn’t do and keep bombing and attacking.
