We have south and west sun. Later we put things into bins that water from below, and we’ll see how that works. Window boxes may need watering cans. But we can get herbs, chives, arugula, etc. in those.

Yes! I’ve only been growing lettuce for the past two years and we love going out and picking it for salads! Only problem is tomatoes have been ripining after lettuce is done so haven’t had both together, aside from cherry tomatoes which ripen sooner.

I like what we did a couple of years ago on tax breaks. Kids who inherit their parents’ homes w low taxes can keep them IF AND ONLY IF they live in the houses. No more low taxes on AirBnbs. Makes sense. Puts property back where it once was – shelter.

Well, the city might NOT make that much in taxes if they lie and call it residential. Bass is trying to curb a lot of those abuses. So turn ’em in. Easy to find who owns it at the Property Records office, maybe even online. Alameda county requires an IN person search, but some counties have it online. Then you can see if it’s a person or a company.

Biden did try to leverage and cajole Netanyahu out of the genocide and bombing, I know, but what the voters wanted was for Biden to refuse to keep funding and supplying weapons to Netanyahu until Palestinians were safe again.
