Hey TW! What’s new?

AdLib2 hours ago

It’s Friday so it must be time for Planet POV.

Bingo!

AdLib2 hours ago

So we’re getting a tropical storm here on Sunday.

AdLib2 hours ago

Well Ad not much since we last talked.

twilson117

Battening down the hatches!

AdLib2 hours ago

Great conversation!

AdLib2 hours ago

I hear it’s more like a hurricane. That’s not typical for Cal is it?

twilson117

It should be a nasty storm, it’s a Cat 4 hurricane right now around Mexico.

AdLib2 hours ago

Well I learned something and have a lot more to think about and add to my knowledge base.

twilson117

Not at all, this is a freak storm. Which with Climate Change, may not be unusual moving forward.

AdLib2 hours ago

So you expect it to die down

twilson117

Same here! You got my gears turning.

AdLib2 hours ago

That’s the point of open and honest debate is it not?

twilson117

It’s supposed to decline to a Tropical Storm which is the level below Cat 1 hurricane. Wind gusts could be up to 60 MPH and the amount of rain is supposed to be enormous.

AdLib2 hours ago

Well I heard something about the rainfall will help with the water supply any truth to that?

twilson117

TW – Exactly! When you respect the person you’re talking to, you know you can openly express yourself without concern. That’s a freeing feeling.

AdLib2 hours ago

I agree.

twilson117

Yes, it sill not only help us fill more water supply now that Summer has lowered it but there are fires in the area here and up north, it will help knock those down and help keep the brush moist in the middle of fire season…even though fire season is kind of year round now.

AdLib2 hours ago

Also getting older for me has caused me to listen more and talk a bit less.

twilson117

84 years since the last tropical storm hit LA in August.

AdLib2 hours ago

84 years. Wow!!!

twilson117

I mean 84 years since ANY tropical storm hit LA in any month.

AdLib2 hours ago

Still Wow!!

twilson117

I considered trying to live in Cal, but was too afraid it would fall off and become seaside property for AZ

twilson117

4-7 inches of rain predicted, that’s a lot. 1-2 inch is a strong storm.

AdLib2 hours ago

Heh! If part of CA falls into the ocean, I’m sitting on beachfront property!

AdLiban hour ago

You’ve watched the Superman movie I gather?

AdLiban hour ago

So you’re in the southern part my wife has a sister in the northern part living in Sacramento

twilson117

Well earthquakes unsettle me.

twilson117

Yes, I’m in LA but not on the coast and not in a flood area so whilt the streets can get flooded, our house is okay.

AdLiban hour ago

Have been to Sacramento many times.

AdLiban hour ago

Haven’t had a big earthquake here for like 30 years.

AdLiban hour ago

Proposed to my wife the second time in CA

twilson117

Very cool!

AdLiban hour ago

The second time?

AdLiban hour ago

Yeah it took me three times to get her to say yes.

twilson117

Heh! Now that is playing hard to get!

AdLiban hour ago

I knew I had it in the bag when she came to visit me in Syracuse

twilson117

You definitely worked for it!

AdLiban hour ago

It was worth it.

twilson117

Absolutely! The best things are worth working for.

AdLiban hour ago

Did you see about Chesebro caught on video at the 1/6 sedition? He is in massive trouble.

AdLiban hour ago

Hanging out with Alex Jones who seemed way too prepared on where everything happened with the assault on The Capitol.
