If cops don’t do thesir job, here is one way to proceed. I did it in Buffalo. Find SOME sympathetic elected, and file a complaint on “selective enforcement of the law” or something equally damning. That complaint will engender an FBI investigation. It changed our lives in Buffalo. I know this for a fact when a Buffalo PD officer told me “someone” had complained about them so they now had to be sure they were even handed.
