Vox Populi, our weekly live chat about the week’s events begins tonight at 7:00pm PDT. Hope to see you then! AdLib 2 hours ago

Gentle respectful hello pinkpantheroz an hour ago

Hello. Stay calm and carry COVID. AdLib an hour ago

hi ad, glenn sombre day, eh? pinkpantheroz an hour ago

Hey glenn! AdLib an hour ago

Good evening, gents. How is everyone tonight/this afternoon? glenn an hour ago

Joe suspends campaigning, Trump holds rally on this special day. All class that guy pinkpantheroz an hour ago

PPO – I was there in Manhattan 1 year after 9-11 and again two years ago. It is so powerful to be there in person and go through the museum. AdLib an hour ago

Hey Khirad! AdLib an hour ago

hi glenn, just finishing my 8 hours watching TV pinkpantheroz an hour ago

Did they say the Pledge of Allegiance at the RTLB’s rally? glenn an hour ago

Hi, Khirad pinkpantheroz an hour ago

glenn, yes and RTLB didn’t know the words! pinkpantheroz an hour ago

PPO–I admire your stamina to be able to watch 8 hours of TV! glenn an hour ago

And you could still smell the terrible odor a year later, didn’t spend too much time there out of concern of cancerous material still in the air. AdLib an hour ago

Lil Nietzsche is with me so, I’m kicking him out. Khirad an hour ago

PPO–Of course he didn’t know the words! glenn an hour ago

that’s what Youknowwho does! pinkpantheroz an hour ago

Ad–That must have been spine tingling! Powerful museums like that always raise goosebumps on my arms! glenn an hour ago

Alright, he will be okay for awhile. Khirad an hour ago

Hi Khirad! glenn an hour ago

So, my view is that the decisions have been made and there won’t be much movement in the polls between now and Nov 3rd. But with all the election tampering by Trump, Russia, the GOP, etc., we have to look at GOTV as urgent and critical. SO confidence in Biden having a majority but concern at getting all those votes counted. AdLib an hour ago

Ad, what a great thing to do, must have been heartbreaking pinkpantheroz an hour ago

PPO–Yeah, I know that’s what RTLB does! I hope you didn’t watch 8 hours of foxsocallednews. Or is Australia one of those smart places that doesn’t allow it? glenn an hour ago

glenn – It hits you like a sledgehammer in the soul. They have parts of the Tower in and as part of the museum. Still haunting right now as I think about it. AdLib an hour ago

I have mental health issues, so I prefer not to get into it anymore. If anyone is … it’s a cult. Khirad an hour ago

Ad–Yes, GOTV is more important than ever! Not to mention that the RTLB has promised to send in his thugs, if beyond all reasonable projections, he wins the election, and people begin protesting. glenn an hour ago

glenn, I am blessed that I have no cable whatever! Free to air so only low pollution from Murdoch’s channels. No Fox, No Sky, no RWShockJocks allowed, radio or TV. pinkpantheroz an hour ago

Khirad – Lil Nietzsche? AdLib an hour ago

I was just watching Ring of Fire and he was talking about in the south. Khirad an hour ago

Lil Nietzsche is my cat. Khirad an hour ago

Ad–I had a similar reaction when we visited Dachau many years ago. A sledgehammer to the soul is a great description! glenn an hour ago

Khirad – Ah so. pinkpantheroz an hour ago

PPO–Good on ya! glenn an hour ago

The first people at Dachau were the Communists. Khirad an hour ago

Khirad–That’s interesting about Dachau; I didn’t know that. glenn an hour ago

glenn – I am not one to tolerate fear mongering. I say this as a reasoned conclusion based on actions and words. If Trump was to cheat big enough to win 4 more years, it will extinguish our democracy for at least a decade if not permanently disabing it. We may never have a legit nnational election for president in our lifetime. AdLib an hour ago

Did anyone make sense of Dame Rudy’s babble? pinkpantheroz an hour ago

Khirad – Hi to Lil Nietzsche! AdLib an hour ago

glenn – I’m impressed that you visited Dachau. The thought of that is very intimidatinng. I know that has to have stayed with you. Haunting. AdLib an hour ago

I just watched something about Hitler and his childhood…. I hate to excuse anyone…. but. Khirad an hour ago

I never visited Dachau, my parents went last year to Germany and were like, nope. Because… nope. We got it. Khirad an hour ago

So often, Dems talk about winning over Trump voters. I think that’s pointless but I like to turn that around. Is there anything Trump can say or do to turn a Biden voter into one of Trump’s? I can’t imagine it. AdLib an hour ago

Ad–I agree completely. I believe that if the RTLB wins four more years, it will extinguish our democracy for what’s left of my life. I am also sure that this election will be the messiest, most chaotic of my lifetime. I don’t think we will know anything for sure for at least a week, if not more. The RTLB will make sure of it, and his asshole republican enablers will make sure of it! They won’t give up power easily, either. glenn an hour ago

Khirad – It’s not being insensitive to consider what kinds of mentally abusive childhooods influenced terrible men to become so cruel and sociopathic. AdLib an hour ago

True, glenn. Expect Supreme Court Challenges all over the place. Hanging Chads won’ be but a shadow of this one. pinkpantheroz an hour ago

Ad–Exactly. As you say, it was and still is haunting. I’m not saying I enjoyed the experience; but it certainly gave me a better sense of history, to have stood on the same ground as those poor souls. glenn an hour ago

I got a call from a friend in Oregon, I’ll let y’all know… great to see you all! Khirad an hour ago

glenn – This is why early votig and Vote By Mail and turning it in immediately are so important. Many states count that vote ahead of election night, some states corrupted by Repubs limit the amount of early counting but all states allow for it. We need to have most of those votes popping up in the numbers mmediately when the polls cloose. Biden needs to jump ut to a lead from the start and maintain it. Then Trump has much fewer options to create havoc. AdLib an hour ago

Khirad–Hitler’s childhood really is no excuse; just as the RTLB’s isn’t. Once you reach a certain age, you are responsible for your own actions; and have the capability to turn your life around regardless of your childhood. And visiting Dachau was, to me, a memorial to the people who perished there. glenn an hour ago

PPO – I know Trump will try to sue all the results that go against him or couting mail in votes but the SCOTUS won’t legitimately have ay cause to stop legit vote counting. In 2000, they stopped recounting in FL claiming it wasn’t fair but never the original counting. AdLib an hour ago

Hey CL! AdLib an hour ago

Hi – I see Ad, glenn, PPO – but where is Khirad? HI AdLib! choicelady an hour ago

Ad–Yes. After our discussion last week about voting by mail, I have decided to get an absentee ballot and drop it off at a box. I plan on doing that next week. glenn an hour ago

CL! pinkpantheroz an hour ago

CL–Khirad left to take a phone call. glenn an hour ago

glenn – I think that’s the safest way. For all state that permit that, it’s best. choicelady an hour ago

Hi PPO ! choicelady an hour ago

glenn – I agree, no one’s childhood is an excuse for how they act as an adult. It is interesting to see what contributed to theiir being twisted human beings but it doesn’t change that they are. AdLib an hour ago

glenn – well, hope he comes back. choicelady an hour ago

Ad – I got a copy from a friend of Mary Trump’s book. It made me sick. I could not finish it. choicelady an hour ago

CL–I just want to make sure my vote counts! How are you? glenn an hour ago

Ad, those bushfires are something else. Are you and yurs safe? pinkpantheroz an hour ago

glenn – Perfect! That is what I will be doing as well. Love my USPS folks and no reflection on them but who knows what ther dirty work Trump and DeJoy will be up to? AdLib an hour ago

CL–Looks like Woodward’s book is going to be even worse than Mary’s as far as making us sick! glenn an hour ago

We are fine in Sacramento if you discount days when the air does not sustain life. Otherwise, no problem. But several family members are in high risk areas. Other friends are suffering the horrific air. But no one I know has yet been burned out. YET being the operative word. PPO – feel as if I’m now really understand your disasters of last year. choicelady an hour ago

CL – Haven’t read Mary Trump’s book yet but I had a feeling it would tell stories that turned one’s stomach, after hearing much of it so far. Trump is a very mentally ill and sadistic SOB as well as an idiot, it is still stunning that he is in the WH. AdLib an hour ago

glenn – yes, but in a different way. Woodward brought the “receipts”. That matters. choicelady an hour ago

glenn, but the problem is that RTLB has done so much, will it make any difference? Unfortunately, We’re scandal’ed out. pinkpantheroz an hour ago

Ad–Yeah, I don’t trust the RTLB and DeJoy as far as I can throw either one of them. A drop box it is for me! glenn an hour ago

CL–I hope you and your family and friends continue to stay safe. glenn an hour ago

All – I do think a LOT of our system is repairable. I worry more about the asshats with guns and grudges. choicelady an hour ago

Trump needs to go, that’s a given, But the Senate MUST be won and we mustn’t get distracted pinkpantheroz an hour ago

PPO – We’re fine here in LA. The fires are always in the hills and we don’t live close enough to them to be threatened by fires. But it is like dusk here all day, an orange tint to everything, ashes scattered on everything outside, thinly but there. AdLib an hour ago

glenn – thank you. We are pretty isolated from disaster. River on two sides, and not much property with trees around us. We’re flat, grassland, and pretty capable of weathering fires without their getting to housing. choicelady an hour ago

Ad–It is stunning that he is STILL in the WH. As a couple of senators and pundits have said recently, he should be charged with negligible homicide! glenn an hour ago

Ad – we have the ‘dusk after dawn’ issue, too – keep thinking it’s going to rain. As if! choicelady an hour ago

Pence needs to be indicted stat, so he can’t pardon trump if he resigns pinkpantheroz an hour ago

PPO – I totally agree on Pence. choicelady an hour ago

CL–Me too. Those grudges run deep! You know, the first thing I thought of when the RTLB said that he would use his thugs to stop “insurrectionists” if he won and progressives protested, is “Well then can Biden do the same if YOUR thugs come armed to protest your losing?” glenn an hour ago

PPO – too few notice the Wax Man, Pence – but he’s just as evil as Trump without the vulgarity baggage. choicelady an hour ago

glenn – too few RW people realize that LW people also have guns because of RW people. This won’t go well for them. choicelady 44 minutes ago

CL – The biggest fire in CA history, the rash of fires across Western states is terrifying. The worst is yet to come from Climate Change and yet the Repubs stare right past the disasters piling up across the country. I hear that parts of Loiusiana, St. Charles for example, are without electricity, housing and Federal support. Ignored and left abandoned. This is the future for the country if Trump is re-elected. AdLib 44 minutes ago

cl, the guy makes my skin crawl. He’s the vulture ready to pick the Orange carcass. pinkpantheroz 44 minutes ago

Ad–That doesn’t sound like a pleasant situation. I’ve seen the pics from San Francisco and that orange tint it eeerie! glenn 44 minutes ago

CL–The “wax man”! Love it! glenn 43 minutes ago

glenn – I happen to be a good shot, trained by the FBI when I was part of the Citizens Academy. I have no fear of firearms. I’m very opposed to idiots having them but not necessarily to MY having them. choicelady 43 minutes ago

glenn, Fergie has friends and old workmates in SFO. They’re having trouble breathing. Weird weather patterns pinkpantheroz 43 minutes ago

PPO – he IS a vulture, isn’t he? And yes, I am one of the few who thinks he would NOT pardon the Great Vulgarian. He would let him rot. choicelady 43 minutes ago

CL – As we’ve discussed, I think chaos from militias is coming but a definitive confrontation of them, I suppose by National Guard untiil Biden is President and takes them on, will scatter them quickly. They are cowards like all bullies, bloody their nose and they’ll run away crying. AdLib 42 minutes ago

CL–It always amazes me that the rightwingers think that they are the only ones with guns. I hope it goes very, very badly for them! As in Biden/Harris win in an overwhelming landslide! glenn 42 minutes ago

PPO – On Tuesday we in Sacto, 76 miles NE of SF, had an air reading of 486 on a max scale of 500. It’s now almost that bad in SF/East Bay. choicelady 42 minutes ago

CL–Good for you! You are the armed, tiny terror! glenn 41 minutes ago

glenn – from your lips to God(ess)’s ear! choicelady 41 minutes ago

glenn ” She but be tiny, but she is fierce”. Shakespeare sort of from something. choicelady 41 minutes ago

glenn – I suck at quotations, even ones I like. choicelady 40 minutes ago

Ad–Hopefully, the National Guard will be called out. It is a governor who calls out the NG, correct? glenn 40 minutes ago

glenn – I’ve said that here as well, Trump is guilty IMO of negligent homicide and crimes against humanity, including his treatment of immigrants. No wonder they’re attacking the ICC, they know Trump would be a prime target for prosecution once defeated. AdLib 40 minutes ago

CL–Yeah, but you’re still fierce! And armed! glenn 40 minutes ago

glenn – YES, it’s the governors. And NO, Gen. Milley will NOT PERMIT active duty troops to be mobilized against domestic issues and citizens. He SAID SO. choicelady 40 minutes ago

CL – If only we could make the rain come! AdLib 39 minutes ago

glenn – not armed YET. But… choicelady 39 minutes ago

glenn, as long as the Governor isn’t a KKK/RWNJ/Qanon kind of guy pinkpantheroz 39 minutes ago

Ad – we need to keep up that conversation about moving the water from east to west. I think seriously that’s a critical issue and an excellent solution. choicelady 39 minutes ago

CL–Yes, I remember that quote from Milley. Plus, he will have so much more “power” if the RTLB and his republican enablers are all lame ducks. glenn 38 minutes ago

PPO the only governors who WOULD call out the Guard are decent Blue state ones. choicelady 38 minutes ago

So if the plan is for Trump to resign by Jan 19 so Pence can pardon him but iif Pence is also guilty of conspiring in crimes, can’t the Biiden AG fight to have the pardon reversed? And couldn’t Pence be indicted? AdLib 38 minutes ago

Ad – I think there is merit in your analysis of the pardon and the pardoner. choicelady 38 minutes ago

glenn – Those photos of SF are far worse than it looks here in LA. As they’ve said, SF looks like a Blade Runner dystopian future. But it’s the present. AdLib 37 minutes ago

Ad – I’m NOT so sure Pence would pardon Trump. choicelady 36 minutes ago

Ad – that SF look is also Sacramento. We are gagging. choicelady 36 minutes ago

This is kind of a big change of subject but I need to ask the smart people I know a question. I recently had to visit the emergency room (I’m fine now) and had to have a CAT Scan. I called the other day to ask about my bill and I was charged $4,700 for that same CAT scan. Isn’t that excessive? And who do I contact to alert them to this excessive charge to Medicare? glenn 36 minutes ago

Ad, I sincerely hope that there are people within the Justice Department and FBI quietly preparing to file multiple charges against trump, pence and mcconnell to be actioned the minute the results are published. pinkpantheroz 36 minutes ago

Ad–I hope the answer to your questions are all “yes”, but we are in such unprecedented territory so who knows? glenn 35 minutes ago

glenn and CL – The truth is that Governors control the National Guard and if these raciist militias come out to sieze power, as they already are trying right now, Dem Govs shouldn’t hesitate to bring in the National Guard to crush them. In red states though, I wonder what will happen, I worry that they’ll let the militias gain power. AdLib 34 minutes ago

glenn – OMG – that’s outrageous! Do you have Medigap insurance? It may be that they have not yet kicked in. I’d start with them to see if they intend to pay. Then just call your Medicare office for where to file a protest. YIKES! choicelady 34 minutes ago

PPO–I like your scenario. Hopefully, we still have some decent people working in government. Would they be the “deep state”? glenn 34 minutes ago

glenn, no, real patriots and dedicated government employrees pinkpantheroz 32 minutes ago

Ad – in Red States (TM) I think yes, they will. Biden will have to make clear that this is NOT ON. It’s tricky, but it’s legally doable even from a fed level to the state about not letting civilians be assaulted by vigilantes. choicelady 32 minutes ago

CL – I feel bad that I’ve gotten sidetracked on that and while it is true that we will have to wait until Biden is elected until we have a government that would build such vital infrastructure as a national water pipeline, I may at least have an entre to the Biden-Harris admin to point us iin the right direction. AdLib 32 minutes ago

I have a new “friend” who is an enviro scientis in the East who might be interested in this. We will talk. I am friends with his wife. He’s a great guy. choicelady 31 minutes ago

glenn – Exactly, Governors can call out the National Guard. And I expect Newsom, Cuomo, and other strong Dem Govs will do so quickly if militias try to sieze power. AdLib 31 minutes ago

CL–I have supplemental insurance with a private insurer. I’m not sure what Medigap is. But I will call my local Medicare office first thing Monday morning. BTW, my total bill at the ER is $7,148 because I also had lab tests. The billing rep I spoke to assured my that my insurance would cover it all, but I just hate to see Medicare being charged that much! As you say, it’s outrageous! glenn 30 minutes ago

CL – Pence iis a slave to Trump, if Trump asks him to pardon him, he will. That act isn’t a crime, even if the pardon is overturned as it should be. Pence has othing to lose by following Trump’s order. AdLib 30 minutes ago

PPO–I know, I was being snarky. They are the people who, hopefully, will get our democracy back on track again. glenn 29 minutes ago

CL – I imagined iit was as bad inn SAC as it was in SF, considering that record breaking fire nearby. Is it okay in your house when it comes to air quality? AdLib 28 minutes ago

glenn – Medigap IS your private plan that should pick up the difference. They arrange the fees w hospitals etc., so don’t worry overmuch about the cost. The issue is your being fully covered and no out of pocket. choicelady 26 minutes ago

glenn – First of all, you’re okay healthwise now? Second, that seems high for a CAT scan, I assume since you’re on Medicare that you’re not owing any of that? Third, I would think Medicare looks into overbilling but I don’t kow. Contacting them can only be a constructive thing. AdLib 26 minutes ago

Ad – I’m fine. We have good filters, all is decent. choicelady 26 minutes ago

Ad – that’s good advice. CAT scans are always pricey, but Medicare has already arranged for what it will and won’t pay as the private insurance company has. They will fight it out with the provider. YOU don’t have to. choicelady 25 minutes ago

PPO – I hoope the same thing and I keep wondering, since nearly every prominent fgure in the Trump Admin have committed crimes, will he try to pardon all of them? He doesn’t care about history, and he doesn’t want anyone to flip on him. Don’t know but I’d love to see Barr in prison along with the Trump crime family. AdLib 24 minutes ago

Ad – I’m with you – I want them ALL in prison! choicelady 24 minutes ago

Same here! pinkpantheroz 23 minutes ago

We’ll probably have to settle for less, but some have got to do time. pinkpantheroz 23 minutes ago

PPO – if no one else, Barr. choicelady 23 minutes ago

cl…. and mcconnell! pinkpantheroz 22 minutes ago

CL – Yes, it will be like the federal government sendinng in troops durinng the civil riights era. It would have to be done despite the Repub Govs. The Repubs will wail it’s wrong and say everything Dems have about Trump sending in Secret Police to Portland but they have no ground to stannd on. AdLib 22 minutes ago

CL–I wasn’t too worried about having to pay out of pocket because of my supplemental insurance. Thanks for explaining what Medigap is. I’m just outraged that my tax dollars are paying those obscene charges. It wasn’t even a full scan; only my lower body! I just think Medicare or my insurance company should be contesting that charge! glenn 22 minutes ago

PPO – I’m not sure – and it’s ignorance – what McC did that was illegal as opposed to obviously immoral. choicelady 22 minutes ago

So how about the entire GOP being silent on all of the latest Trump BS? Insulting the dead and wounded in the military, lying about COVID to the country while privately knowing he was dooming thousands to death. And Repubs say nothing? How can they argue for re-election? AdLib 20 minutes ago

Ad–Yes, I am okay healthwise. I didn’t know I had a kidney stone and had been vomiting and having lower back pain for two days. I actually passed the stone in the hospital. Since I have no history of kidney stones, it was the last thing I thought of. glenn 20 minutes ago

Sedition? pinkpantheroz 20 minutes ago

glenn – Medicare probably HAS contested it! I get eye injections every four weeks for macular degeneration. The BILL per SHOT is – wait for it – $14,000!!!!! But Medicare has agreed to pay $400. My private insurance pays a bit of it. I pay nothing. But $14000???? Outrageous! Nobody PAYS that. It’s just a ‘want’. choicelady 19 minutes ago

CL – Very cool! I would love to pick up this project again and discuss with your enviromental scientist if possible! AdLib 19 minutes ago

PPO – yes, maybe Sedition. I just don’t know. choicelady 19 minutes ago

Ad and CL–Thanks for the advice. I just wanted it noted somewhere that that charge is so over the top! glenn 19 minutes ago

Ad – let’s talk. I will contact Lauren and see if she will give me Phil’s contact. choicelady 19 minutes ago

cl, I pay $500 once a year copay for my AMD injections, and $50 per visit for the eye exam. Our Medicare pays for the injection. pinkpantheroz 18 minutes ago

glenn – Under Medicare A and B, you should be fully covered for your emergency room visit. And the charge isn’t that outrageous compared to what I’ve seen from hospitals. Doesn’t mean Medicare will pay that full amount though. AdLib 18 minutes ago

I agree with all of you! The entire administration and McConnell should be in prison! glenn 18 minutes ago

PPO – so far I’ve paid nothing for the injections. And my vision IS being saved, so I’m a happy camper. I inherited this from my Dad who went blind. I’m NOT. Glad you’re doing it, too! choicelady 17 minutes ago

Ad – Medicare AND her private insurance should cover it all. That’s the theory anyway. choicelady 16 minutes ago

CL, just the right eye, DG. Eyelea works for me. Lucentis didn’t. pinkpantheroz 16 minutes ago

Ad–I know. The repubs are a bunch of spineless, power-hungry, despicable, deplorables! And the RTLB saying he didn’t want to “panic” anyone! What a laugh! glenn 16 minutes ago

PPO – Same here. Eylea. Lucentis? No. choicelady 16 minutes ago

glenn – Very good, have been through the kidney stone thing, it’s horrible, especially for guys but that doesn’t minimize how painful it is for women too. Sorry you had to go through it, glad it’s done and you’re good now. AdLib 16 minutes ago

PPO – but now for me it’s both eyes. Gag. Every four weeks, one or the other. choicelady 15 minutes ago

glenn – oooo – I am so sorry about the kidney stones!!!!! I can’t even imagine how much that hurts! choicelady 15 minutes ago

CL – Great, let’s chat next week about this. Very excited about it! AdLib 15 minutes ago

yeuch, cl . not nice, but beats the alternative. I have to see, as I’m the only driver. pinkpantheroz 15 minutes ago

CL–That’s interesting about your eye injections. What do you suppose is the reason for those outrageous charges when the hospitals know the Medicare and the insurance companies won’t pay that amount? glenn 14 minutes ago

PPO – Yes, I do most of the driving, but I also do research and writing, and…I NEED MY EYES!!! choicelady 14 minutes ago

Ad–Well, between my story and CL’s, once we get all this shit with the RTLB squared away; I think it’s time for our politicians to have the health care conversation again. glenn 13 minutes ago

Companies charge the highest rates on the assumption the UNINSURED will pay. Well, I’m with a University system that refuses to allow the uninsured to pay more than Medicaid would. So screw them! choicelady 13 minutes ago

glenn – Yes, I saw a great comparison. Imaginne smeone not telling you that a tran was about to hit yoou because they didn’t want to panic you. That’s Trump’s lame excuse for lying to help his own re-election by sacrificing the lives of hundreds of thousands of Americans. AdLib 13 minutes ago

Well, folks. better sign off and hope everyone stays safe and healthy Cheers for now pinkpantheroz 13 minutes ago

glenn – I’m all up for an expanded health care discussion. choicelady 13 minutes ago

Ad–Thanks. Yeah, my brother has had kidney stones for years now and he was always telling me how painful it was. I’m also thankful it wasn’t something more serious! glenn 12 minutes ago

Good night/day PPO – lovely to see you. Nice to know we both suffer “a poke in the eye with a sharp stick”. But it does save our vision! Hugs to you and Fergie – we are still beaming over your good news about her. choicelady 12 minutes ago

Cheerio, PPO! Take care! glenn 12 minutes ago

Thanks, CL, we’re still smiling too! Byeeee pinkpantheroz 12 minutes ago

Byeeee! choicelady 12 minutes ago

CL–Thanks. We all have our medical issues to bear! glenn 11 minutes ago

glenn – Biden will be in a position to accomplish a lot and quickly, including healthcare. Racial injustice and inequity, saving the USPS, changing the tax system, financing infrastructure, Green New Deal and Climate Change, he has to hit the ground running and ignore the wails of Repubs crying about, “THE DEFICIT!” AdLib 11 minutes ago

glenn – the mother of my closest friend said when she got our age “It’s not the years I mind. It’s the MAINTENANCE!” I’m with her. choicelady 10 minutes ago

Ad – why do the GOP run up the deficit than go all poor mouth over it when Dems want to help, you know, PEOPLE??? choicelady 9 minutes ago

Well, CL and Ad, I think I’m going to follow PPO out the door. Thanks for the sympathy and advice. And as always, thanks for the great chats here on the Planet. Take care, both of you. I hope your situation with the wildfires improves soon. G’night! glenn 9 minutes ago

glenn – As a veteran of multiple kidney stone episodes, pain killers immediately are the best. If yoou have some at home or need to go to the ER to get an IV, it relaxes you annd helps get rid of the pain and pass the stone quicker. AdLib 9 minutes ago

glenn – lovely to see you. Bye! choicelady 9 minutes ago

Niight glenn, rest well and feel good! AdLib 9 minutes ago

Ad – I didn’t know you suffered that, and that’s good advice! choicelady 9 minutes ago

Ad–I have some pain killers from the ER. I didn’t have to take all they prescribed, so I’ve “stashed” some. glenn 8 minutes ago

Bye now! glenn 8 minutes ago

CL – We both know why Repubs do it, to smash and grab money for the wealthy, their donors/owners and to handcuff Dems from improving and fixing the country. AdLib 8 minutes ago

Ad – that’s exactly what I think. It’s a “problem” only when spending is to help people. choicelady 7 minutes ago

glenn – good luck! choicelady 7 minutes ago

glenn – I learned this the hard way, I have some stashed just in case. Last time it happened, it was a real rescue. AdLib 7 minutes ago

CL – I think Biden has to turn a deaf ear to Repubs’ whinng, Dems need to get riid of the filibuster and just pass lots of the badly needed bills and laws we need. AdLib 6 minutes ago

Ad – let’s talk more about your plan. If we can pump oil across the country, why not water? As part of a fully on board climate solution I think it’s far wiser than desalinization. choicelady 6 minutes ago

Ad – I’m with you on all points. choicelady 5 minutes ago

CL – Absolutely! And if it can also help mitigate damage to states from flooding too, it’s great all the way around. AdLib 5 minutes ago

I think I’m going to say good night, too. Good talk tonight. Be well – NO kidney stones!!! choicelady 5 minutes ago

I need to follow up on that desalinization tech that was coming out back when we discussed it, could be part of the plan. AdLib 4 minutes ago

Night CL! Have a great weekend…considerig the hellscape and all. AdLib 4 minutes ago

Maybe. But your plan is actually smarter. choicelady 4 minutes ago

Glad you like it! Let’s see what we can do! AdLib 4 minutes ago

Good night! Hugs all around to your significant others whom I adore! choicelady 4 minutes ago

Thanks so much! Same to you and Hubby! AdLib 3 minutes ago
