Many know here that I help to found a co-op in my rural area……the going has hot always been smooth…..but as of last week I am done for good. I left the board and withdrew my farm from the co-op when the co-op voted overwhelming to support the presidential boycott fever despite the harm it is doing to them. Too stupid for me to waste time on.

Murph and FD – I think that dissolving that sense of apathy from black voters whose interests and voting rights have been crushed for so long, will take time but a Dem Congress and President in 2020 could take us down that path. In the meantime, as FD notes, women couldn’t be more motivated and they will be the driving force for change and restoring sanity beginning Nov 6.

Murph – you’re forgetting that Dems won a Senate seat in Alabama! And I’d add that Trump and the GOP will be more toxic when the economy sours which it is already beginning to do. And Claire is not running way behind. When the economy tanks, as Trump is forcing, he will lose all but his 30% cultists. And in 2020, Repubs have 22 seats up, Dems have only 11. Dems should win back the Senate then.
