Trump just produced his latest episode of Apprentice President, ordering a meaningless, one-time bombing strike on mostly abandoned and emptied facilities in Syria to pretend to have done something “presidential”, to make a statement against Assad’s gassing of his people.

The statement was, “I’m freaked out by Mueller coming at me so hard, afraid of making Putin mad so I needed to do a showy military strike that didn’t really accomplish anything but distracting Americans and making me look ‘presidential’.”
