The last hope for working people are with Democrats in State Legislatures in blue and swing states. Red states, forget it, same goes for Congress with some exceptions. That’s where the money needs to go.

HAHAHA. I retired from a big-city PD. We had a whole traffic division to do just that. But driving on our freeways was always a risky proposition. Sometimes it really is about safety.

Police and fire should never strike. It puts too many people at risk. We would write warning tickets instead of moving violation tickets. When you stop producing REVENUE it always gets politicians attention.
