IMO- abortion is legal in the US.
Daniels’ stand is to put stringent requirements on it.
I still don’t have a good feeling about this, although Rachel said last night that The Phone Call had some clear violations in it, and some legal eagles have their beady eyes on it.
Guess I’m becoming a pessimist, but I’m afraid this will cool off and go away, without accomplishing anything.

I think part of it is because teachers ‘get the summer off’.
Most don’t realize that teachers often take classes, or teach summer school, because if you don’t divide your checks- you don’t get paid in the summer.
And teachers are the ultimate scapegoat. Most people Don’t realize that teachers work 3-4 hrs at home every day after work.
They are threatened by their students, have to try to break up fights, endure
non-compliant parents, and Teach!
