Woke up this morning with debilitating pain in my shoulder/neck. I had to call a friend to literally pull me out of bed. Took Tylenol (I’m allergic to everything else.) Applied heat. Nothing.

Other than loving a second day off this week (unpaid, so I’ll take it in the shorts come payday. Fortunately I’m paid so little I may not notice it that much.) I am not a happy camper.

I noticed a high geezer count yesterday, so maybe someone can help. What can I do?

I was talking to a new friend one night and whe asked me, in her VERY British voice, “So, [Deygirl], how many times have you been married? “Twice,” I answered. She looked at me and said, “Oh,” in an almost judgemental tone.

“How many times have YOU been married?” I asked her. She answered “Twice, but my first husband died.” To which I replied, “My second husband WOULDN’T.”

She said I was “shocking.” 😉

The last straw for me was when a well thought out post, in violation of NO guideline was twice zapped, and my comment that Obama had been working ro destroy the country since 1950 STOOD.

I still pop in to find the others who remain, but it’s harder and harder to do.

Reminds me of my last marriage, where the hell crept in so gradually that I almost didn’t notice the change intil that last, dreadful plunge over the cliff. And when you’re finally out, all you can do is look back and think, “What in the hell was I thinking?”

As some (or most) of you know, I work two jobs and care for my disabled mother. I get ONE day a week off–today. My mother handed me her “list of demands” last night, and they will use up a good portion of the day. I plan to spend the rest of it laying on the floor, flailing my limbs, and screaming, “NO FAIR!”

I am, after all, a mature and dignified woman.

Your vision is perfect. Your energy is admirable. and to be brutally honest, my mother and her issues managed to step in, once again, and usurp my time and energy. I would be more than happy to step aside and follow your lead, run your errands, whatever you want.

I am soooooo tired right now, I can’t think. Plus, I have only sporadic success in logging on here.
