It’s like a hot-link, only, um, shorter. » Posted By chasethis On February 23, 2011 @ 8:03 pm IT POSTED!!!!! Gov. Walker, you KochsuckerÂ, you are so busted. ************* I got nothing to lose over there, but I do miss the instant gratification. Quick, tonight’s guest on Daily Show is Donald Rumsfield. Did I spell that correctly? It may make a difference on the indictment. » Posted By chasethis On February 23, 2011 @ 7:48 pm deygirl, loved Meatball’s comeback. “Rush doesn’t exactly look like he lives in a cage of lettuce.” » Posted By chasethis On February 23, 2011 @ 2:53 pm PW, call her up and tell how much we planet people looooooove her. HOORAY! » Posted By chasethis On February 23, 2011 @ 2:20 pm I meant, jkkFL. Comments editor on the blink. » Posted By chasethis On February 23, 2011 @ 2:18 pm jjkFL, Nadine would never poop on my pillow. She saves that for the laundry basket. BTW, throwing her “to the pigs” was referencing an earlier PW post. I’d never toss a kitty. 🙄 » Posted By chasethis On February 23, 2011 @ 2:17 pm You know, Adonai, you could’ve lied and told me you gave $100. It might have spurred me on to make another $5 contribution! 🙄 » Posted By chasethis On February 23, 2011 @ 2:12 pm I just threatened to toss Nadine to the pigs. She turned and showed me her ass. Typical. » Posted By chasethis On February 23, 2011 @ 2:01 pm Forgive the interruption for a call to arms. I had an un-earmarked $5 and gave it up for the cause. If you’ve a mind to… BTW, if all my personal information pops up with the link, set this post on fire. I double checked pretty good, though. “Dear MoveOn member, This is an all-hands-on-deck moment. The protests in Wisconsin are sparking something we haven’t seen in years. Hundreds of thousands of people have taken to the streets of Madison to stop a radical, right-wing attack on workers. Protesters have occupied the Capitol building for the last eight days and nights.1 Now, they need the rest of us to pitch in. So we’re putting videographers on a plane to Madison to get the protesters’ stories out to a wider audience. We’re buying air mattresses for the folks who are sleeping at the Capitol. And we’re organizing emergency solidarity rallies in every state capital this weekend. But to make this all happen, we need to raise $315,000 today—for permits and PA systems and plane tickets, and those air mattresses. Can you help fight back?” https://pol.moveon.org/donate/wi_rally0.html?bg_id=hpc5&id=26268-6682031-KHqKq1x&t= » Posted By chasethis On February 23, 2011 @ 1:58 pm Har-de-har-har! 🙄 » Posted By chasethis On February 23, 2011 @ 9:50 am Re: Walker Punked. This is hilarious. Here’s a recap of how Murphy from the Buffalo Beast got through (as Koch) to Walker’s office: “I politely said hello, not knowing how friendly Gilkes and Koch may be. He was eager to help. “I was really hoping to talk directly to Scott,” I said. He said that could be arranged and that I should just leave my number. I explained to Gilkes, “My goddamn maid, Maria, put my phone in the washer. I’d have her deported, but she works for next to nothing.” Gilkes found this amusing. “I’m calling from the VOID–with the VOID, or whatever it’s called. You know, the Snype!” » Posted By chasethis On February 23, 2011 @ 9:49 am Did she pay for it? » Posted By chasethis On February 23, 2011 @ 9:42 am Fox, I was thinking about the Watergate investigation last night in regard to the other governors and state houses that are pulling a Walker. Just how deep do Koch’s dirty little fingers dig? Where’s Woodstein? Or was it Bernward? Follow the money. » Posted By chasethis On February 23, 2011 @ 9:40 am BDM–it’s now unmoderated! Only 47 pendings @ 11:34 am central. » Posted By chasethis On February 23, 2011 @ 9:30 am BDM, it’s now the HuffPo Main. Fully moderated, of course. » Posted By chasethis On February 23, 2011 @ 8:56 am 2ndClass–you got a Paula Deen link for those recipes? » Posted By chasethis On February 22, 2011 @ 9:44 pm Kalima, where is AdLib and who told him he had permission to leave his responsibilities here at the planet? 🙄 » Posted By chasethis On February 22, 2011 @ 9:42 pm Abby, it’s scary. In our industry, the corporations have jacked down wages, eliminated jobs, eliminated benefits, put survivors in jobs that previously paid $50–$100k now making $10 an hour. And if you don’t like it,suck it. There are 10 less qualified, less talented people in line to take your job, because it’s fun/glamorous/high profile. Just yesterday, six vital positions were eliminated. The psychology of the survivors is most interesting. I am ready to take to the streets, but I’d be going with a bunch of unemployed people. What are we worth? Not very fucking much. » Posted By chasethis On February 22, 2011 @ 9:39 pm Ha! Abby, your content is well worth the spelling, punctuation and usage errors. (This is a LEFT handed compliment.) » Posted By chasethis On February 22, 2011 @ 9:28 pm Arghhhh, abby. When I plug our numbers into your equation, we may as well pitch a tent somewhere. On one income, we lived very well in the early nineties. We now live with half those same wages and both of us working our asses off. No nest egg left. This isn’t pretty. » Posted By chasethis On February 22, 2011 @ 9:23 pm Done. Shredded wheat or biscuits and gravy? » Posted By chasethis On February 22, 2011 @ 8:20 pmComments Posted By chasethis
“Gotcha,” Gilkes said. “Let me check the schedule here…OK, there’s an opening at 2 o’clock Central Standard Time. Just call this same number and we’ll put you through.”
