» Posted By boomer1949 On September 14, 2010 @ 6:10 pm bito, » Posted By boomer1949 On September 14, 2010 @ 3:49 pm The following posted to my Facebook page, and I’m sure most, if not all of us here have seen the video and all of the follow up “newsie crap”. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c62JNBh_BXU I started reading the comments and found a number of those whiney, SCREAMERS. The more I read the madder it made me, and I never post comments for Everyone to see, but today it hit a nerve and I posted the following: Those who continue to whine “It’s your job, that’s what you’re getting paid for…”? Sorry, but when Mr. Obama took the oath of office January 20, 2009, this country was already 6 feet under; blame the previous administration for the mess it left behind. Mr. Obama is one person, one person. This country has three branches of government (Executive, Legislative, & Judicial). The yahoos in Congress (Boehner, McConnell, and the rest of the obstructionists deserve to be be called out for adding insult to injury. Toss in the know-it-all pundits, the Tea Potty people, and a MSM that is more tabloid reporting than real journalism, and it is no wonder we are where we are today. We are all in this together and if we cannot count on each other, then why the hell are we here? Blaming one individual for the ills of this country is not only unfair, but also irresponsible. If you are one of the whiners, please ponder this. What have you done lately (besides whine and throw temper tantrum) to help FIX THE SITUATION? Anything? What about yesterday? What about tomorrow? If you are unwilling to put down the clicker and get up off the couch, then shut the …. up! » Posted By boomer1949 On September 14, 2010 @ 9:09 am x2! π » Posted By boomer1949 On September 11, 2010 @ 4:31 pm TRP… Rest assured, most of us have been painted into a corner at some time in our lives; one has to do what one has to do IMO. Personally, I rarely go to HP anymore and have not posted a comment over there in over a year. More important, however, is you cared enough about the rest us here to show up and let us know. This alone speaks volumes about your character and I respect you for doing it. Unless you are bound by some non-compete-agreement with HP not to post anywhere else, you are always welcome here. boomer π » Posted By boomer1949 On September 10, 2010 @ 1:12 pm Hello everyone, Received this from Sen. Sherrod Brown this morning: Dear Friend, Fox News has always done everything it can to help Republicans. But, thanks to the Citizens United decision that allows corporations to buy our elections, Fox News’s parent company is now literally funding Republican campaigns, making a $1 million donation to the Republican Governors’ Association. Corporations already spend more than $3 billion on lobbying every year. And now they can spend unlimited sums directly on campaigns. Middle class families could find their voices drowned out by this corporate megaphone — and progressives who want to fight for good jobs and economic justice are already being targeted by corporate campaign ads. That’s why we have to stand together and make some noise of our own. I’d rather have a million grassroots supporters than a million-dollar donation from the likes of Fox News. It’s no wonder that Republicans are trying to obstruct our efforts to undo the damage of that terrible Supreme Court decision — after all, you won’t see corporations like Fox News writing million-dollar checks to many Democrats. If we want our elections to be fair fights, it’s up to us to fight back. I’m working with other progressives in Congress to hold corporations accountable for their political actions and keep our elections free and fair. It’s an unfortunate fact that money matters in our politics. But one thing can still beat a corporate checkbook: grassroots support from people like you. never let her down. He will reassure her when she feels insecure and comfort her after a bad day.
live without fear and forget regret. He will enable her to express he deepest emotions and give in to her most intimate desires. He will make sure she always feels as though she’s the most beautiful woman in the room and will enable her to be the most confident, sexy, seductive, and invincible.
It’s wine that does all that…….
I wrote that with all sincerity and was not influenced by an ounce of anything. Couldn’t you tell? It was way too coherent.
