Churches and homes are where bible studies need to be, not schools. The state just outlawed a cultural course, an elective, on Mexican-American studies, including banning the associated books, and now they want to open it to bible studies?
Arizona has a long history of prejudice to minorities, including the killing of Sikhs, and to allow teaching of fundamentalist beliefs would be a step backward.

(aside: When I was executor of my Mothers estate, which had little to no money, I was constantly called by bill collectors. I had repeat calls from some, even after telling them that there wasn’t any money and I wasn’t legally responsible. One finally confessed that it was all pressure on making the family “feel guilty enough to get them to pay.”
I would have sued them if I had recorded that, but it does make one wonder how many people fall for that or don’t know that the they are not responsible for the debt.)
