I do remember that during the Nam demonstrations was the sudden proliferation of 35mm cameras and we always considered them “that guy” types and they were often confronted. Not so easy today when everything is a still or video camera.
We usually stuck with a “buddy/buddies” system, if no one knew them, they were treated with caution!
