Time Out for O/T – Vol. 18

Also in watching those comments I saw so many of these young people for Ron Paul! Primarily because they think he would end the Fed. (Like he could do that by himself!) But, don’t they know all the other stuff that this guy is for and against? Apparently not! I mean here they are protesting the shooting Trayvon and they don’t know that Ron Paul is a racist. In fact he wrote a paper on how to kill a black person and get away with it. Sad!

Sue, another thing is that this guy and other jerks can’t see that a black family can be successful enough to live in a gated community with them. The boy just had to be in the wrong neighborhood. NO! He lived there!!!!

Murph, if you request a written explanation of why the doctor thinks an operation or exam is necessary, they must give it. You can use this when going for a second opinion. If a doctor refuses, he is opening himself up to charges of malpractice for non-disclosure to his patient. All patients are entitled to copies of their medical records when they request them. (You may have to pay for coping but they have to give them.)
If you refuse to release your medical records, your doctor can not give them to anyone. This is Federal Law, invasion of privacy. No medical records are open to public viewing. If the doctor gives his opinion to whomever is requesting this information without your permission, the doctor can be sued. I don’t know how a state is going to get around this. How will whomever is insisting on this information going to know the doctors answer????
Murph, the woman can walk-out and she can file charges. I think we may see this happening. Your medical records are private! Even if I want another doctor to see my records, I have to sign permission. As they say, “It’s the Law”!

OMG, Khirad! Those people are out on the streets! And, many sound like they have guns, too! I can’t believe that there are so many of these sick thinking people. This was a child! Yes, 17 is a child! I wish there was a way to put dark paint on some of them and make them walk down the street. See if they feel safe! Oh, and have others out there with guns watching them!

Murph, I would ask the doctor for his written explanation as to why this procedure is necessary in his treatment of my condition and not a political and illegal action against me. Also, if he shares this information with anyone else, that is against the law unless I have signed a release of my medical records. And, if I release this information, I subject my medical records to review of conditions unrelated to the current condition, therefore, I will not sign a release.

KT, I don’t know if Yahoo! leans Right more than Left but those that comment are usually from the Right. There are a few from the Left, like Khirad, that try to make sense back. Troubling to me is that many with the crazy attitudes are young, or at least, appear to be. However, I think many are just saying stuff to cause a rowel. Kinda like the trolls on HP.

KT, I thought God only wrote those 10 Commandments and even then he had a rewrite when the first set was broken. God doesn’t appear to me to be the kind of author to go for a full novel. Just keep it simple there, Moses. But, He should have had some footnotes because even those are interpreted a thousand different ways. 🙂

Sue, I wish I could have given you more than just my thoughts at that time. However, I am happy that you found comfort in knowing that we all here at the Planet were extending them to you. I can tell you that you were being thought of each day and very much missed.

CL, that is terrible what happened to that man when he was voting! I worry about all this voting registration and verification’s they are trying to pass around the country, primarily the south.
I am not familiar with Sherman Alexie but I agree that was a very difficult decision for him and his family was important. Have you seen the movie Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee? Very good movie!
And finally, you have made my day in giving me a CL’s “that is a very good point”! Wow, I made a good point to you? I feel kinda smart right now! You are always making the “best of points” on here. Wow, look at me! CL thinks I made one! Wow!! 😀

Poor Biden, Kes, he did have to tone himself down with her. Have you seen Game Change? That shows how they prepared her for that debate. They didn’t have enough time to teach her history, so, they just gave her lines to remember. She is a COW!

Oh, and in the practice debates they had with her she kept calling him Obiden. That is why at the beginning of the real debate she asked if she could call him Joe. She still messed up in the debate and called him Obiden. She is a COW!

Kes, when I was young as I said earlier, I was raised on the farm and a commercial feedlot. When my friends would come down to pick me up they would say, “What is that smell?” and I would answer, “What you smell is money!” Well, all of this ridiculous stuff is just pure SHIT!

Kes, Nancy Barto is how old? She has been married to her husband for 32 years, so, I am sure she is no longer of child bearing age. And, Debbie Lesko, I can’t find anything but she is married with 3 children. However, from her pictures I would say she is pre menopausal. I find it interesting that these type of bills are always introduced by women that birth control is no longer a issue with them. Amazing that now their religion is talking to them about what should be done to other younger women. Cows!

CL, making a decision to go to a white school and voting to protect your personal health are different. I don’t think your husband or father can follow you into a voting booth. It would be easier and better to lie to your family on how you voted than to subject yourself to not having control over your own body. I hope they can understand that and although they may not say it out loud, they will vote in silence for themselves. The women you are describing are the same type of women that went to Margaret Sanger for information without their family knowing. They made decisions for themselves and they can again. I have faith, well, I have hope.

KT, I was thinking the same thing. They don’t want any assistance from government agencies after that child is born to help the mother. Their attitude, “We force you to have it, now it is your problem not ours.”

Kes, these make me sick! Those women are cows! Oh hell, get me out of the livestock! If the Hippocratic Oath doesen’t take care of outlawing the first of these than I am sure there is Federal Law that will take care of both of these ridiculous laws being made unlawful. No law is going to allow an employer to determine the medication their employers should be given by their doctor. What is this country coming too that anyone would even suggest such things!
