Should the President go to each protest? What about security? How would the secret service manage that? But more importantly to me is that the focus should be on the attempted actions of Walker, the Republicans and the protesters. IMO, Ed jumped the shark when he said if the President doesn’t go to Wisconsin he should be a one-term President. How is that any different than what Palin does? These pundits are sitting on their perches telling the President, what, when, where, why and how he should do everything. The President met with union leaders and others today to discuss job creation. He’s trying to get Americans out of Libya alive and god knows how much other stuff. President Obama went to Wisconsin several times before the November elections. He told them what would happen if they elected Republicans. Well they elected Republicans and now they want him to come and SAVE them. 61% of the people are with the protesters. I personally just don’t think the President needs to go. Other Republican governors are backing away from Walker. I bought a pack of cloth diapers for my grandson when he was about a month old – he’s 4 months old now. Not to use on his butt, but to put on your shoulder so the baby’s face is not directly on your clothes. They were not putting anything over their shoulders when they picked up the baby. When I opened the package, I had a pack of cheesecloth. The diapers were not much thicker than cheesecloth. I used nothing but cloth diapers, but that was 34 years ago. They were thick and soft. I also cannot find decent socks. I don’t shop at Walmart (none in my area) so when I need to pick up something quickly, it’s Target or K-Mart. I do most of my shopping online. The quality of shit in these places is unbelievable.
