So, your aunt may 1) Have serotonin levels which predispose to trance induction. 2) Have serotonin levels which may also predispose to religious belief (serotonin is implicated in OCD). 3) Migraines likened to mini-seizures which can elicit hallucinations. 4) Organized and ritulized auto-hypnosis. Dump all of it in a big bowl and mix well. Pour into 9×13″ lasagna type pan. Bake until golden, about 45″ or so. Don’t stick a toothpick into it expecting it to come out dry. It is VERY moist and phenomenal with chili, especially HOT chili. I serve the chili on top of the cornbread, topped with chopped cilantro. No rice needed. Veronica would cater a lot of very fancy parties and everyone wanted to know about how to make the cornbread!!
