The first one is a structure that “is going to be a house”, the second picture is of cows, NOT unborn calves. He includes the language “cow” and “house” not just “unborn calf’, “unfinished house”. If he did that then he would be safer to include only “fetuses” because they would be analogously consistent. But since he DOES use the words “house” and at least shows pictures of mature cows, NOT unborn calves, then by association and implication and for simple consistency, does he include mothers. He just omits it and that is dishonest to the proportions he has set up himself in language and picture. Much like we are to equate and associate an unfinished house to a finished one, an unborn calf to a cow, we are meant to associate a fetus and a mother. He is asking us to entertain the proportionately associated relationships. Perhaps you would be more comfortable with the headline “Rep. Regnier makes association between Preg women, Preg. Cows and real estate” because that he did do. One simply cannot set up proportionate relationships like this and decide to interpret one variable differently because it is odious and is not what he may have “meant”. He is at the very least sloppy and for all we know it IS what he meant.
