Then, sometime later, it retracted suddenly, then pulsed into expansion again and has yet to stop accelerating. What that means is that we can see only what we see now, 13 point something back into the past. As the universe keeps accelerating in expansion, we will actually see fewer and fewer things in the sky. If it KEEPS expanding at the rate it is now, at some point, we won’t be able to see any other star than the Sun. She wasn’t going to let THAT sort of thing interrupt her constitutional. When I first started taking her out, everything spooked her. The last time we ran into him and she did that, he started to follow, then got startled by something and split. All her walks are pretty much the same, I think it might get a little boring! Everyone I run into pretty much likes her and the fact that this weird guy walks his cat every day. There is one little old lady that closes her blinds when Maggie appears at her patio door, but that’s it. I use distilled water and plant them in an orchid mix. The pink one is also a pitcher, but of a different type, they ‘throw’ pitchers out on a stem that comes off the ends of the leaves.
