More and more USA news sources are doing this, making it very difficult to keep up with news from ‘home’. I could use a list of places where live or near live news videos can be had, if anyone also living outside of the USA could supply? The feeling of most people in the state is that if we sell it, we would be pressured to take the waste in the end. The moratorium was lifted, and a deal made to store the waste smack dab in the middle of Native Title land, of course. But then Lil Johnny Lap Dog, our pet name for John Howard, who had his nose so far up Bush’s arse all you could see was the soles of his shoes, had already given the USA another ‘top secret’ base reserve, with no restrictions, smack dab on top of one of the largest yellow cake deposits in the country, with no restrictions, here in the state with the freaking moratorium! With tens of thousands of square kilometres of wide open unoccupied and otherwise useless country sporting 360 days a year of sunshine and winds, why do we even want to consider nuclear power? Why?
