Here in Japan it happens often, the same way as people will rebuild destroyed houses on the same site or below a mountain that has a history of landslides during the heavy rains which hit each year at the same time, in the same areas. I refused them almost 3 years ago because they only worked for 3 days, not the one month the doctor had said it worked for all his other patients, I’m the odd one out. I’ve only had two in the last few weeks, I’m safe. 🙂
