Yes we require 2 images, one for the post and one featured when the post is no longer on the Recent Post widget, or if we use it on the Front Page. Every post requires a Featured image which appears on the left hand side of your post if people look for it under a category. Your chosen image for your post is not affected. Scroll down and on the left hand side of the screen you should find Revisions. Go to the top one, the latest, move to the right and you should see the aligned blue “Restore” button. Click on it and your last revision should appear again. When you are done editing, put it back into Draft after saving the changes. Our requirements are not being met by most of you, and here is what you can do to make sure that your post will be published quickly. 1.) Before you start to write your post, make sure that you upload an image for the top of the page/post. 2.) When you have completed your article, choose categories by ticking the appropriate boxes. Scroll down and on your right hand side you will see tags which have already been chosen for you. Above them, you will see “Apply all” click on it and your tags are added automatically. 3.) Scroll down further on the right hand side and you will see “Featured Image” click on it and upload an image either from your computer files or upload to our media library from an url, and insert for your Featured Image. That is all there is to it and your post will be ready for publishing. If you forget to do this, we will have to do it for you when we find the time. It might often mean a delay in your post being published immediately.
