Haruko, I Agree. but that does not balance toward the whole idea. This article is talking about the folks who may be of Help in someones personal life. And the consequences of such help.

e’cat, Thats’ an intersting reply. Haruko had posted of a bill in Montana, that would force a female to watch a vid of the child by way of UltraSound, prior to a doctor enducing abortion.

I had asked Hakuro if the local pubs would start showing vids of drunken driver deaths and the hazard of alcohol as well.

I cannot find in my mind the reason or Any Law that allows the murder of AnyBody.

And Yes I see how this logic may also be questioned where the Rowe vs. Wade Law may be concerned.

Cher I Greatly Appreciate and agree with your words. I am curious by this how folks would feel should such a law be questioned or even granted toward the elimination of Illegal Aliens?

The comparison way Not be my best, however, to find and introduce laws towards So Called Miscreants. Does this institute an over view of the seperation of church and state? ❓

South Dakota GOP pushes bill to legalize ‘homicide’ in defense of the unborn

“Justifiable” homicide is usually claimed in self defense cases, and in particular home invasions that end up with a dead burglar. You could say it’s one of the many things that’s big in Texas.

But in South Dakota, a group of Republican state legislators have crafted a bill that would expand the legal definition of “justifiable homicide” in a way that’s plain and unambiguous: they’re trying to legalize the murder of abortion doctors.

In House Bill 1171, which cleared committee recently and will go to a full vote by the legislature soon, their redefinition is clear.

It states: “Homicide is justifiable if committed by any person while resisting any attempt to murder such person, or to harm the unborn child of such person in a manner and to a degree likely to result in the death of the unborn child, or to commit any felony upon him or her, or upon or in any dwelling house in which such person is.”

Man you are quick at finding vid info.

I am starting to miss my ritual of hitting all of my fave places, Rawstory, Crooks and Liars, Democratic UnderGround.

No one gave me a hard time as to what I had to say, or if I had nothing to say at all. 🙁
