At my place of employment we have four in management that are toooo much like the gentleman at the bar that you speak of. Worse yet they all have concealed weapons permits. So they all carry guns. You were speaking of nepotism a week ago and so was I. The folks that work where I work either are related to someone or have friends there. I am the only person who has been hired in the 5 years I have been there that did not fit the mold. I do however have an outstanding resume and can’t remember the last time I had to fill out a job application. For 5 years now I have been seeking a change of employment, however, there are not many folks hiring here in Denver and if they are they are usually only willing to pay a beginners wage. Hence I have been doing a lot of my own side business work on the side. I guess that’s about one of the only positives I can mention about my place of employment. Well Maybe Not. I do get paid every week, I am at the top level of wage and have company paid health insurance.
