PLEASE DON’T NEGLECT~SOME HOUSEKEEPING

This may sound like a dumb question, but since I haven’t figured out how to have follow-up comments sent to me via e-mail I have to ask for help.
I notice that below this box is a separate block that can be checked “Notify me of follow-up comments via e-mail” and I have checked it. But I read elsewhere on this site that I need to go to my subscriptions and check off something on there – but I don’t find it.

I’d appreciate any help you might offer.
