With green tech it’s especially ridiculous as energy production from those are going to be, for the most part, country specific. Even if all the other countries in the world implemented green energy quicker than the US, a hydroelectric plant in the US will create jobs in the US. This isn’t like microchip production where jobs can be outsourced easily. But, I know why he’s doing it. Italy’s solution appears to be to give the migrants temporary resident permits and to ship them to other European countries so that they don’t have to deal with the problem. Admittedly, Italy’s neighbours haven’t exactly been helpful with this problem, but for Italy to try and foist this problem on France and others is rather underhanded. I have now come to the conclusion that many of those Liberals feel the same dogmatic fervour towards their own beliefs and are as equally unable to consider different ideas as Conservatives.
