If I could do a double degree of something like Chemistry and English, I would. However, all of the Unis over here separate the humanities and sciences entirely. As the Government is purposely causing flooding of one particular area to prevent other areas from flooding, then the Government is likely causing more damage to this particular area. Therefore, the Government should be responsible. It’s the difference between walking across the road and talking the chance that you might be knocked down and someone pushing you in front of a moving car.
