People making $200K a year make a nice living but they are going to suffer in the end. That is not the kind of money elite that’s taking over and I think they won’t admit that to themselves. I’ve always known I was one cigarette away because I liked to smoke. Five years ago I had a grandchild born with a birth defect called Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia where his diaphragm didn’t close so his organs grew into his chest on one side. His lung was almost completely missing because it was being pushed by his intestines and other organs. He weighed nine lbs at birth which was great because he had a battle ahead. He was put on a heart lung machine ECHMO and then given rare surgery to repair his defect. My little Eli didn’t make it past three weeks but many CDH babies do. If he had lived, I believe his lungs were so compromised he would never have lived like a little boy should live, I believe he’s in a better place. This tragedy taught me many lessons and cured me of my smoking habit. I have never wanted another cigarette.
