An HP Moderator Replies

I have nothing to say at HP for that very reason. I do not want to stir anyone up, I do not want to discourage others from visiting the site, I just feel that my sense of integrity would get extremely bent out of shape. I have over 1100 fans, and 12,000 posts at HP.

I’m by no means a rabble rouser, and would like to be polite enough to part on good terms. I invested a lot at HP, however, and I am displeased by the turn it has taken.

Striking back at the Chamber of Commerce and their dirty tricks squad

The point to this is not that internet privacy is a problem, because we all know that it is, rather the point is that we have government actively working hand in hand with private security companies to suppress journalists they disagree with.

The Chamber of Commerce wants to silence people, and has active plans to do so. That’s what I take away from this story – it’s evidence of what we all knew, but couldn’t prove.

I have a bunch of friends from HP that I’ve shared my email with, but I wouldn’t touch Facebook with a ten foot pole. You just have to be smart about things.

Food prices are going up around the world, and Egypt won’t be the last to fall.

Wasn’t he just saying he wasn’t going to resign? LOL. I love how people want to criticize the Obama Administration for not being “on-message” – how could anyone know what Mubarak was going to do? He doesn’t appear to know half the time, himself.

I’m waiting for him to pop up in an hour or two and say “I changed my mind!”

I’m following this story of Aaron Barr, and HBGary, the Palantir, and Berico Technologies. This is amazing – it shows what we have all known – in that it demonstrates there are active big money campaigns and “security” firms to target progressive organizations.

This is but a starting point, but they targeted people’s families and children.
