Vox Populi, our weekly live chat about the week’s events begins tonight at 7:00pm PDT. Hope to see you then! AdLib 5 hours ago
I can’t see anything except my own type on my VOX screen. Anyone here? glenn 3 hours ago
hi Ad, glenn pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
Going to close this window and start again, if anyone is here. glenn 3 hours ago
MAybe Ad is serving 14 days! pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
Yoo Hoo glenn! pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
Whew! Someone is here! How are you, PPO? Are you not seeing Ad either? glenn 3 hours ago
just his note 2 hours ago pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
A bit late today pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
Yeah, seems like it. So….how are you and Fergie doing? glenn 3 hours ago
Fergie, god bless her is still trying to absorb the loss of her BFF. pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
I’m ok, had my monthly eye injection yesterday for AMD pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
It’s not everyday you hear a great friend has been murdered, so she’s having a hard time of it pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
Did you watch the debate last night? I never watch them live; I wait until the next day to see the “highlights”. Love, “Hell, yes, I am taking your AR15’s and AK47’s!” Go Beto! glenn 3 hours ago
No, didn’t see anything, but saw that on Twitter! Boy, that other politician led with his jaw threatening him. Hope they arrest him pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
I just can’t imagine the pain she’s going through. Just keep holding her and giving her support, as I know you will, my friend. glenn 3 hours ago
Yuk on the eye injections. Do they help? glenn 3 hours ago
We get strength from friends like you and the POV family. pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
Right. As Beto said, that twit just proved his point about why we need to take those weapons away. I hope the FBI at least interviews him, doubt very much that they’ll do anything more, unfortunately. glenn 3 hours ago
Yes. the damage done can’t be reversed, but the injections (painless but nerve wracking!) will prevent any further deterioration, so I can see OK enought to keep driving – our lifeline, as Fergie can’t get a licence. pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
Murph! pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
Harleigh pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
I’m glad to hear that our feeble attempts at support help you and your Fergie. glenn 3 hours ago
Hey Murph! glenn 3 hours ago
NOt feeble at all, g, we really can feel it. pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
Oh dear. Do you live where you have no public transport? glenn 3 hours ago
ta da! Harleigh 3 hours ago
Harleigh! glenn 3 hours ago
Hello….I stopped watching these debates quite a while ago. I read through the transcripts…….frankly, these “debates” are really group interviews with some cross talk. And, even if they were, debates….debating is not high on the skillset of anyone seeking the Presidency. In fact, good presidents listen a lot more than they talk. MurphTheSurf3 3 hours ago
I wonder if Melania has found out who the father of her son is, yet? Together? Funny name that. pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
Murph, agree. I so wish they’d concentrate firepower on PresidentPussyAssedBitch and not cheap shots at each other. pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
Murph–I agree about watching the debates. It’s a waste of time. Actually, IMO, the debates are a waste of time. It would be so much better if the media would just devote an hour or two to the top candidates and interview them one on one. And ask them all the same questions. glenn 3 hours ago
PPO–Good one! I do think “Together” is a much better name than Barron! glenn 3 hours ago
For me….I want to read their positions, see their formal speeches, listen to in-depth interviews, examine their personal and professional histories….and the debates do not help me do any of that. MurphTheSurf3 3 hours ago
That would be a much better format, glenn pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
Glenn…I like your approach. MurphTheSurf3 3 hours ago
‘debates only demean eahother not Spanky. Harleigh 3 hours ago
That’s sure how it looks , Harleigh pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
Let’s remember that the news media are in the business of gathering audiences and that requires DRAMA!
MurphTheSurf3 3 hours ago
my typing finger isn’t doing well as I eat! lol Harleigh 3 hours ago
Ratings! pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
Loved Pelosi’s interview yesterday where she told the press to go ask Moscow Mitch if he has any regrets for all the people dying because of his inaction. Great answer! Also, loved the part of her press conference where she had the chart of the places the TLB is stealing money from for his wall. About time. She needs to do something like that every week! glenn 3 hours ago
just remember the hot dog is in your LEFT hand, h! pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
lol Harleigh 3 hours ago
Murph–I like your approach also, except the media we have nowadays doesn’t seem to do in-depth interviews. Probably because the viewing pubic’s attention span is not much longer than the TLB’s. glenn 3 hours ago
yes, glenn. I wish the MSM would take her challenge and get after McConnell. pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
I have been reading Warren’s position (I have a plan for that) papers. They remind me of Obama’s and that is good. She take a steadier tone of late and that is a winner for me. Biden is still doing well in mind and his papers are more of a right/left balance whereas Warren leans left. Bernie has never drawn much respect from me. MurphTheSurf3 3 hours ago
most of Dolt BS is smokescreen for eliminating envirnmenal protections and stealing public parkland and operational money. Harleigh 3 hours ago
Thanks, PPO. Then the interviews should be put on a format where people can watch them at their leisure, because I know most working people don’t have time to probably watch them in real time. Put them up on a youtube channel, or somewhere on the internet that is easily accessible. glenn 3 hours ago
Glenn….I like that idea too….of course just as few read, few watch serious programming and those interviews would be very serious. MurphTheSurf3 3 hours ago
Hey all! Sorry I got pulled away! AdLib 3 hours ago
So far I only like Warren. Harleigh 3 hours ago
Hi Ad, glad the elastic broke and you’re with us! pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
I really want a woman president…… MurphTheSurf3 3 hours ago
Boing! AdLib 3 hours ago
PPO – Glad to hear Fergie is doing better. AdLib 3 hours ago
wish we get another late surprise like O bama….. if only… Harleigh 3 hours ago
Fergie and I feel Kamala is only mouthing sound bites. Not being human enough. Bernie is …….well, Bernie. Biden? worrisome. Warren. Wish she would stop flapping her arms around. Others? Nah pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
Rachel is going to be spending most of her program on Tuesday with Warren….Warren will be in NY at Washington Square Park delivering what is being billed as a “landmark address” aiming for a BIG crowd………. MurphTheSurf3 3 hours ago
Thanks, Ad. Still in shock pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
I think Warren touches all of the bases. I am now very much opposed to Biden after he revealed his old school, white paternal racism last night. AdLib 3 hours ago
Murph–I am also impressed that Warren won’t take the media’s bait on taxes re healthcare. She’s getting the message out there about how people will actually save money with her plan(s). It’s a great approach, and shows her professorial background. Teach people, forget sound bites. So far, my dream team(s) would be either Warren/O’Rourke or Warren/Buttigeig. glenn 3 hours ago
glenn, Warren/O’Rourke works for me. pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
Welcome back, Ad! glenn 3 hours ago
PPO – I don’t fault any of the candidates for having their canned lines to try and create moments for themselves but they are oblivious to how contrived they come off. They don’t work like reason, like catching what another candidate says and pinning them down on it. The catchphrases are so clunky. AdLib 3 hours ago
Thanks glenn! AdLib 3 hours ago
Ad–I’ve always been opposed to Biden as well as Bernie. We don’t need any more old, white men! And that’s coming from an old, white woman! glenn 3 hours ago
Joe is now an anachronism. His old-style no longer works in the modern Social media mileu. pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
PPO – It’s hard to imagine, I know Fergie will be working through this for a while. As long as she knows we’re thinking of her too. AdLib 3 hours ago
She does, Ad. We both do and thank you all for your support. pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
second glenn from a old honkey from da hood. Harleigh 3 hours ago
PPO–If you like Warren/O’Rourke, then you’re in for a lot of hand waving! It is distracting, but they both have such solid platforms, that after a while, I don’t even see it! glenn 3 hours ago
glenn – Same here but when he portrayed black people who live in poor areas as bad parents and their kids being psychologically damaged, that changed things for me. I will be far more aggressive about opposing his candidacy. AdLib 3 hours ago
II kind of think that Warren/Stacy Abrams could have a lot of power. AdLib 3 hours ago
Honkey, Harleigh? glenn 3 hours ago
glenn, i do like o’rourke’s ‘earthiness’. It shows there is a human just like us in there. pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
I was a little concerned about two women being on the ticket but I think Trump trumps that potential issue. AdLib 3 hours ago
lol yep Harleigh 3 hours ago
And Abrams is so strong and smart. She can help rally a big turnout in the African American community while both can rally a big turnout for women and college educated men. AdLib 3 hours ago
I do like Beto though. He would do a very good job as VP, I think. But Abrams is more exciting to me in a variety of ways. AdLib 3 hours ago
As I noted earlier….I read the transcripts of the simultaneous, group interviews referred to as debates (when they clearly are not)…and also note that the “skills” present during these set pieces have hardly anything to do with being president…..For me….I want to read their positions, see their formal speeches, listen to in-depth interviews, examine their personal and professional histories….and the debates do not help me do any of that. MurphTheSurf3 3 hours ago
Ad–Yeah, that comment last night certainly proved how out of touch Biden really is. It also shows how some old people cannot see how much differently younger people and people of color see the world. Biden is still looking at the US through his white privilege and it’s showing up, unfortunately. I’m going to be VERY disappointed if he ends up as the nominee. I also don’t think he’d be any good in a debate with the TLB. glenn 3 hours ago
Murph – We’ll have to wait until the field shrinks down for there to even be the opportunity for the candidates to discuss in more depth, their positions on issues and propositions. AdLib 3 hours ago
On another matter, is the new storm nearing the poor Bahamas heading for Alabama as well? pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
The problem is that even those so called debates differ only in degree from those currently taking place…..just more concentrated conversation in fewer mouths. MurphTheSurf3 3 hours ago
glenn – Yep, poor Joe is caught in that old timey groove he talked about.
AdLib 3 hours ago
Ad–true. Abrams would be a GREAT VP for Warren. Her efforts to GOTV have been focused and effective. She would bring a lot to the office. glenn 3 hours ago
Murph, it will be tough on the lower- rated candidates. When do they bow to the inevitable and concentrate on getting the leaders elected? pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
PPO – I think the big storm is heading towards Trumpland. Did you see that the Manhattan DA may be getting closer to indicting Trump on state tax fraud? His immunity to prosecution won’t help in the state of NY! AdLib 3 hours ago
PPO…soon I hope. MurphTheSurf3 3 hours ago
Ad, I’d prefer the NY storm over the Fla. storm any time, bit both would be really juicy! pinkpantheroz 3 hours ago
Ad–I look at two women on the ticket from both sides. For one thing, it’s 2019, and two women on the ticket shouldn’t even be an issue. We’ve had two men for way too long, it’s time we took our democracy into the 21st century! On the other hand, misogyny is alive and well in 2019 US of A! glenn 3 hours ago
Murph – I won’t be surprised if the conversations aren’t fully satisgying when the field shrinks. I do think Warren will offer more as she has evidenced in all of her debates. Biden though is a windup toy, he’s been rehearsed and practiced to act the prt he’s still struggling in and part of that is avoiding specifics and just being a Dem version of Giuliani, a noun, a verb and “President Obama”. AdLib 2 hours ago
glenn, how ironic that the choice might have to include a token Male! pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
PPO–Actually, one of the new storms may come up through the Gulf, so Alabama is in the path! LOL! Who knew the TLB could actually predict the weather? glenn 2 hours ago
TLB? Harleigh 2 hours ago
Quick, glenn, sharpie it missing! pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
glenn – I have a feeling that Abrams may be thinking about that possibility and maybe it’s why she wouldn’t consider running for Senate. Then again, she may be focused on taking down Kemp in 3 years. AdLib 2 hours ago
As a regular contributor to the Warren campaign I fully support her effort….and I have also supported Biden’s. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
PPO – Absolutely, why not want a perfect storm to collapse on Trump? AdLib 2 hours ago
Ad–But…but…but…you can’t indict a sitting president, can you? glenn 2 hours ago
glenn – I do think that Hllary’s run took a bunch of the flak that will help women win in 2020. I had my issues with Hillary but she did pave the road for Warren and Americans saw that a woman can run…and could’ve run the country better, than a corrupt man. AdLib 2 hours ago
Ad–oh, that is perfect! “A noun, a verb, and President Obama!” glenn 2 hours ago
glenn – Yes, states can indeed indict a president. It is only federal indictments that are restricted due to that corrupt OLC letter. AdLib 2 hours ago
PPO–Irony abounds in this election season! glenn 2 hours ago
Harleigh–TLB stands for the Treasonous Lying Bully sitting in the oval office. glenn 2 hours ago
Ad, why can’t they issue a letter negating that letter? It is not the Law if the Land, or settled law, is it? pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
ty! Harleigh 2 hours ago
The latest twist in the U.K.’s battle over Brexit comes via the Scottish High Court, which ruled Wednesday that British Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s controversial, monthlong suspension of Parliament was unlawful. The suit brought by 75 lawmakers in response to Johnson’s decision to shutter Parliament—in effect silencing the representative body in the lead-up to the next Oct. 31 Brexit deadline—does not end the legal tussle over Johnson’s illiberal tactics, which are expected to go before the country’s Supreme Court next week. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
it’s Barr BS Harleigh 2 hours ago
PPO–Sorry, got rid of all my sharpies when I retired from teaching!
glenn 2 hours ago
Can you imagine, if there was a criminal trial going on against Trump in NY while the election was about to take place? He would be so embattled, adding on that the economy will likely be grinding slower and more farmers and blue collar workers will be hurting, Trump could be crushed like the cockroach he is in the election. AdLib 2 hours ago
Verpremature, glenn! You never know nowadays when you might need one! pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
Ad–Either scenario for Abrams works for me. VP or taking down Kemp. She’d be great in either position. glenn 2 hours ago
PPO – Warren has vowed that one of her first acts as president will be to have her OLC issue a letter overriding the previous ones that said a president can’t be indicted. So absolutely, it can be cancelled as soon as we have a Dem president back in the WH. AdLib 2 hours ago
Just in case you are wondering about the UK Supreme Court….12 judges The court comprises a President, a Deputy President and 10 (puisne) Justices, for a total of 12 judges, of which — by convention — nine are from England, two from Scotland, and one from Northern Ireland. At the court’s creation, 10 judges were appointed from the House of Lords, and one was appointed directly to it. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
Ad, sorry, but disagree. If Brokeahontas were being besieged on all sides, the GOP might rally just to stymie the Dems pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
Murph – Now if the Brit court upholds the Scottish court, Parliament will go back into session and the anger they’ll have against BoBo will be potent. AdLib 2 hours ago
Murph–Do you really think Biden’s “electable”? I think one debate with the TLB would render Biden speechless. IMO, he’s just not able to take on the TLB one on one, and I think he would damage the Dem “brand” (for lack of a better word) immeasurably. At the very least, many Dems would sit home again, and we can’t allow that to happen again. glenn 2 hours ago
UK Justices are required to retire by 70 if they were appointed after 1995; may be removed on the address of both Houses of Parliament MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
Ad…correct….word I have is that another 30 defections from the Tory ranks are waiting for such a moment. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
Ad, but the only way to stop Brexit is to withdraw Article 50, as far as I know. Can Parliament do that while the people voted to leave? pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
Glenn…I am tending to agree with you. He is too polite, too reserved, too old school. We need a war horse. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
well it’s time for bed. have a great weekend folks. Harleigh 2 hours ago
g’night, H pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
PPO….referenda in the UK are advisory……they are not legislative. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
Nite Harleigh MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
PPO – The Repubs just don’t have the horses. There aren’t enough racist cult members out there to beat the Dems if they get out their vote. Far more potential voters for Dems and Trump rallied most of them in the 2016 election so not much more to build on. Dems lost in NC this week because Dem turnout was lower, if Dem turnout was strong there, Repubs had no way to win. The suburbs have turned away from Trump in a big way. He would have to whip up huge racist turnout just to replace a portion of voters who have abandoned him. He’s at 38% approval now and dropping. It will only get worse. AdLib 2 hours ago
? pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
sorry, missed a bit! pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
glenn – I think Biden is only theoretically electable at this moment in time. In a General Election, I think he is one of the most fragile and easier to destroy candidates. AdLib 2 hours ago
Ad…Dem turnout was lower…those are the words that scare the shit out of me….that is what cost Clinton the election…… MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
Ad–Maybe. I have to agree with PPO somewhat, as maybe with a criminal trial in NY, an impeachment trial going on in the House, and the economy collapsing will just empower repubs to appoint more and more justices, and for the TLB to lash out in all directions, which might be a disaster for our country. I just don’t know which way it would go. glenn 2 hours ago
glenn, that’s my fear. pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
Well….I am folding up my tent…..see you all next week. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
Murph – We need term limits and a mandatory age limit on our judges too. Starting with a rolling one that gves existing judges a longer period then limiting new judges to no more than 10 years. AdLib 2 hours ago
Seeya Murph! AdLib 2 hours ago
the GOTV will, even more than 2018 be crucial, so the candidate must be strong, and not just the best of the worst. pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
cheers, Murph. pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
Murph–Not necessarily a war horse, just someone smart, articulate, and able to stand toe-to-toe with the TLB. Warren could tear him to shreds without raising her voice, IMO. glenn 2 hours ago
‘Night Harleigh! glenn 2 hours ago
Warren is a war horse I think…. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
PPO – Yes, Brexit can be stopped because the referendum was just that, essentially, an opinion poll that has no legal weight. It will piss off a lot of Brits who want Brexit but…save everyone from Brexit and deal with the loons later. AdLib 2 hours ago
‘Night, Murph! Take care. glenn 2 hours ago
Murph–Nah–Warren is a Might Mare! glenn 2 hours ago
Murph – But polls show that nationally, voter enthusiasm is higher now than in 2016 for Dems. So that’s not happemning so far. AdLib 2 hours ago
oops, Mighty Mare! glenn 2 hours ago
Since it has become clear that the effort that led to Brexit Passing led by UKIP, a party that came and went on one issue, was a huge set up….that the British public fell for. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
Ad…until that enthusiasm translates into showcase elections I do not buy it….dems undervote. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
Mighty Mares can be War Horses too. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
Ad–Agree completely! I NEVER thought Biden was electable. glenn 2 hours ago
Murph, the Tories are floundering, as is everyone but the 27! If GB renege on leaving, their power within the EU will be even less than now. A salutory lesson in humiliation pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
glenn – I do think Trump will lash out no matter what, avoiding impeachment which is Congress’ duty with a corrupt president in office or avoiding a criminal trial against a criminal who happens to be president, would harm the rule of law in the US. I don’t think trying to placate Trump will change the madness he’ll unleash as the election approaches and he sees he’ll lose…and lose his immunity from criminal prosecution. I think he will go mad, we have to expect that and be prepared to act. AdLib 2 hours ago
Ad–agree on term and mandatory age limits on the judiciary. glenn 2 hours ago
Murph – You were wrong about that in 2018 and I think you’ll be wrong about that in 2020. People will turn out to vote Trump out as he gets more and more insane. AdLib 2 hours ago
PPO….power in the EU is a complex matter but certainly influence will wane. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
PPO–Except this year, I think, we do not have to choose from the “best of the worst”. I think every Dem candidate (except perhaps Biden), would be good presidents. glenn 2 hours ago
Ad, maybe, but Dems still need to be positive and press policy and leave Trump to self-immolate. pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
Ad…we will see…..frankly given the promises that were being made about the House and Senate in 2018…and in state races….I was not that far off…… MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
Murph – A record turnout year for Dems in 2018. I know you were cocerned that would not be the case as you are now about 2020. Have confidence, my friend. AdLib 2 hours ago
Murph–don’t you think the Dem takeover of the House was a showcase election? Dems had a good turnout in that election. glenn 2 hours ago
I agree, glenn. Plenty of good candigates, except for , sorry, Joe AND Bernie. pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
I have lived in states that have, time and time again, been part of that faltering blue wave phenom……”we” were not courted enough, “we” were note recoginzed enough, “we”….didn’t vote. So there. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
Murph–True, that. On MM’s and WH’s! glenn 2 hours ago
Ad…Clinton lost and Trump won…..I see on going disturbing trends across the nation…. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
glenn – Agreed, we have an embarassment of riches in the Dem primary. All would be vast improvements on Trump, even Biden though I think we can do better than him. AdLib 2 hours ago
Murph – You’re looking too far away from where voters are today. AdLib 2 hours ago
PPO–My bad, except Biden and Bernie! glenn 2 hours ago
Democratic fortunes in the big elections tend to depend on populations that have a history of not showing up at crucial moments for reasons that ignore the result of their absence and that worries me…… MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
Murph – Even with weaker turnout in NC, Dems lost by 2% in a district that went for Trump by like 14%. If Dems have gained a 12% advantage since 2016, it will be a great election in 2020. AdLib 2 hours ago
Ad, one lesson surely has been learned from the last one – take NO state for granted, saturation coverage of and visits to all states pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
Ad–you raise good points re the TLB lashing out. Perhaps driving him to madness is the best approach, as long as someone keeps him away from that big red button! glenn 2 hours ago
PPO – Indeed and I think all of the Dem candidates know that Hillary neglected campaigning in the swing states and paid a dear price for it. I am confident that mistake is too fresh to be repeated. AdLib 2 hours ago
In 2016….I was not at all certain that Clinton would pull it off and as time neared for the election I saw that her numbers were weakest in the very groups where her election was so necessary for them and they did not get it. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
Swap the Nuclear codes with the number of the nearest McDonalds. pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
And don’t forget, Trummp and Repubs are going to have to defend more red states than in 2016! Texas, Arizona, Kansas, on and on. Trump will be working so hard just to keep red states that should have been a given. AdLib 2 hours ago
When you live in a red state next door to a blue state where the southern half of that state is red and the county in which you live was very blue for most of its history and is not indomitably red……a lot of what others see is much less clear. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
Ad, don’t forget, though, that Russia, the Mercers, Kochs and Murdochs will be throwing Billions at this. pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
glenn – Isn’t it intuitive to think Trump will be abusing his power in more horrible ways to win the election at any cost? He will look straight up crazy and his desperation will push support down even more, a vicious circle. Voters will feel the necessity to stop him. AdLib 2 hours ago
On election night 2016 I was at a voter watch paper in southern ill….there was shock but not a lot of surprise. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
Murph–I am cautiously optimistic that Dems will be aided in the turnout by independents who have been totally turned off by the TLB. Also, I’ve seen several articles recently that show that a lot of republicans can’t bring themselves to vote for the TLB again, and have stated they will stay home. I think the TLB’s base is shrinking; it’s just not being reported. That being said, I don’t think Dems can become complacent. Dems need to continue fighting and getting out the vote! glenn 2 hours ago
for sure, glenn. Well that’s it from Me. Fergie sends a big hug to you all. pinkpantheroz 2 hours ago
Murph – Good point but as I said, Hillary’s loss in 2016 changed things. 2018 proved that and polling showing Trump underwater in so many states he won show that. America is not what it was pre-Trump, voters have learned and are responding to the threat he is. We’re in a different era now and activism has had a rebirth. AdLib 2 hours ago
PPO – No kidding, the military should ignore anything Trump orders in 2020. AdLib 2 hours ago
Glenn…Ad….PPO ….I dearly hope that all three of you are far more on the mark than I am as I am seeing the result of seismic changes being wrought her in Mo now that state government is free of troublesome fed that actuall protects citizen rights and needs. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
I certainly hope Dems don’t neglect any state. Whichever candidates up there on that debate stage last night end up not being the nominee, need to keep campaigning for that nominee. And campaign hard! glenn 2 hours ago
This time I will really say good night. MurphTheSurf3 2 hours ago
PPO–And a big hug back from us. Have a good day! glenn 2 hours ago
PPO – Yes but all of those evil SOBs threw a lot of money to win in 2018 and the majority defeated them. That will happen in 2020 too. AdLib 2 hours ago
‘Night, Murph! glenn 2 hours ago
glenn – Well put. I agree that the momentum away from Trump and for getting rid of him is only building but enthusiasm and GOTV has to grow as if we’re behind. AdLib 2 hours ago
Ad–Yeah, I think the TLB is going to get much much worse, if that’s possible. He just keeps hitting new lows. glenn 2 hours ago
Ad–Exactly. Dems need to campaign as if we are behind. glenn 2 hours ago
And as Trump goes into a bigger and bigger meltdown, it will scare more people to come out and vote him out of the WH. Even some of his cultists will become discouraged as their farms are foreclosed on and they lose their jobs. AdLib 2 hours ago
My turn to say good night. Love chatting with you, Ad. You keep my spirits up! glenn 2 hours ago
Night glenn, same here of course, really enjoy chatting with you too! AdLib 2 hours ago
