There is no real legal way for Trump to overthrow the election. He will likely try but it will be one of the greatest crimes against our democracy in our history. And Roberts can stutter about why he gave Trump immunity for all the other insane crimes he’s committed in office.

PPO – My concern is that folks may think that now that Dems control Congress, they can make big changes. Trump retains veto power so getting rid of Citizens United, passing the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, ending the Iran War, Trump can veto it all.

PPO – You nailed it! If Trump does a mass pardon, ALL of those pardoned can then be forced to testify in a prosecution or Congressional hearings because they can’t use the 5th Amendment to avoid testifying. And they do so under oath so lying would make them newly prosecutable..
