Ad I hear you on that and I understand that the court would have to ok it, and it’s hard for me to wrap my head around the fact they would even entertain it, and I know the there are at least three that would reject it out of hand, but there is that group who seemingly want to rewrite the consitution to their own fancy. I went to a congressional town hall a couple of days ago…GOP rep….a man, a surly man….and he was stunned by the negativity that came at him. One of those complaining to to the Congressman was a farmer who cannot find hands willing to help him with his harvest. The just are not available. Either never traveled here for harvest or left fearing the traps being laid for them. That got a lot of agreement from the crowd. The Rep just spouted some meaningless garbage about how the dems were sabotaging the migrant worker system. He could not say how.

Murph – I have seen some journalists affirm that they’ve talked with military leadership and believe they will not betray the Constitution to kneel to Trump, that they will stand against orders to attack citizens. But I’m not 100% sure myself.
