I don’t think the immunity issue is license to kill – he is expected to stick to the law. The rancid rulings have been on the Shadow Docket, nobody knows who wrote them. As a body, SCOTUS has been pretty strict w him. I do think they will find he had no right, it was Congress’ responsibility.

I sure hope you’re right. Blocking his tariff insanity and extortion would be a huge loss of his power globally. And we should get a decision soon from the case in CA on his using National Guard that should go against him. If those two decisions go against him without being overturned, so much of Trump’s power to terrorize will be blocked.
