The day that seemed like it would never arrive is finally here! Today is Election Day 2024 and it will hopefully launch a historic presidency as Kamala Harris becomes the first woman President of the United States (and one of the most qualified)! Not to mention the other possible result of pounding a stake in the heart of Donald Trump’s political career and the MAGA era.
As a great way to share this experience, PlanetPOV is hosting a live chat (live typed comments) tonight to discuss the night’s results as they come in along with everything else this election will bring and what folks think it will mean for the future.
Our live chat is open to everyone, members of the site can participate in the live chat and non-members are welcome to read along. It begins at 5:00pm PT/8:00pm ET but feel free to join the chat whenever you choose during the night (the chat should be running for much of the evening).
To join the chat, make sure you’re signed into your account then click the blue “Vox Populi” bar in the bottom right corner of the page. The chat window will open up and you’re all set to go! Non-members can also click the bar to read along with the chat.
