Murph – Agreed. Between that kind of ruling and the 5th ruling that guns can’t be taken away from those committing domestic violence, there will be a real rejection of SCOTUS and their decisions. The movement to defy SCOTUS will catch fire.

Murph – Good question, I think that SCOTUS will make more outrageous decisions and 17% will look like “the good old days”. SCOTUS has no enforcement arm, I absolutely see civil disobedience being near as they continue to disable our democracy.

Murph – The thing is, that case is crazy, defies the legal requirement of standing, defies the seperation of powers and uses opinion to replace scientific studies. It is a bogus case and if the SCOTUS upheld it, the system of federal law is clearly trashed.
