I think more moderate Repubs will vote for her and maybe some indies but Dems won’t vote for her after this betrayal. She thinks she’s screwed the Dem party and that they’ll have to support her as an indie but no way. If the AZ Senate seat goes to a Repub, Sinema will be done and remembered as a traitor who put a MAGA Senator in office.

PPO – It’s a political puzzle. Dems couldn’t go too far to push her to being so spiteful she became a Repub and handed them The Senate. They need to keep their friends close and their enemies closer. PPO – I don’t know if Manchin’s as worried about being primaried because he’s one of the only Dems voters in WV will vote for. But he’s going to want Dem funding for his campaign and Repubs won’t step in if he sabotages Dems, they will have their own MAGA candidate. Manchin needs party financial support and becoming their adversary will undermine that.

PPO – I’m less frustrated about Trump not being indicted yet because it is clearly coming now. There’s also a civil suit in DC for 1/6, a rape and defamation suit by E. Jean Carol in NY, the NY AG suit against Trump and his business for hundreds of millions, they will all come crashing down on him within the next few months and he will hopefully save us all time and trouble and defect to Russia.

TW – As we discussed, it will be like an extreme reality show, Trump trying to run for the nom while he’s fighting against multiple criminal and civil trials and while other Repubs are running against him in primaries. If Trump does poorly in polls and primary elections, then it all goes to another level of insanity and desperation. Does Trump tell the GOP to get lost and steal his MAGAs into a Trump party? Does he try to destroy the GOP in other ways? I don’t see how the GOP survives the 2024 election at this point.

Yes, saw what happened to the President of Peru, he tried to dissolve the legislature before they could impeach him and tried to get the military to support his coup. Instead, they impeached him and arrested him. He wasn’t as mafia-boss-smart as Trump who always keeps layers between himself and his crimes. But everyone slips up and Trump has, the 1/6 Committee is going to refer him to the DoJ for prosecution and they’re going to publicly release all the goods they have on him and his cronies.

TW – Yes, Jack Smith, the Special Counsel has given me enormous confidence in his speed and aggressiveness that Trump will be indicted. I think he’s going to indict Trump first for the document thefts and then for the 1/6 sedition months later. Two criminal cases against Trump by the DoJ seem inevitable now and I am thrilled at Smith’s doggedness to make that happen.
