Well, at least courts are smacking Trump and Musk daily. There’s a lawsuit that Chutkin is handling claiming Musk has no authority to do what he’s doing. WOuld love to see that case go against him, he refuses to obey and is imprisoned for contempt.

The budget passage could be the vehicle for shutting down Musk and Trump’s illegal attacks on funding agencies and closing them without Congress’ necessary permission. So, it’s a good thing Trump blew up the previous budget deal.
