I just copied this post from Huffy and found it hilarious.

I’m a little bit confused. People are cheering on the Eg ypt ians figh ting the good figh t and yet running away from “the man” on this s i t e. Why aren’t people staying here to f i g h t the good f i g h t as well?

Look at how she had to type to get her message through and she had to ask why people are leaving ?

I was actually surprised to hear you got banned for that because I have mentioned this site quite a few times in the last couple of days. Oh well, if I get banned I will just use an isp proxy. They can’t stop me lol.

I was pretty good at being able to get around the mods by misspelling or spacing words but the one thing that absolutely put me over the edge is that you could never ever disagree with Queen Arianna and have your post see the light of day even if it was PG.

As dumb as this may sound the whole ” Fan ” thing at HP threw me for a loop. I actually caught myself editing my posts to not offend anyone instead of posting my real opinion. Like BigDogMom I also like the fact that you can edit your posts and being able to add photos is also a plus.

Maybe people are tired of the story in Egypt but I have never seen an unmoderated main story so dead. I just came from there and the only two people posting were a tea bagger and a repub. Even the Olbermann thread was lifeless. Somethings amiss at Huffy.

Somebody is really missing the boat not starting a competing web site similar to AOL’s ” you got flagged ” post. People are really unhappy with the moderation but they love the format. Valued at 300 – 400 million I’m really shocked that nobody is trying to get a piece of that pie. Most of the news stories come from other sources so how hard could it be to get one up and running ? People are still leaving but I doubt that the numbers are enough to be significant. People are still asking about this site but many are complaining about the servers being to slow or not being able to access it. Myself I have never really been a fan of Miss Huffington. She claims to be a liberal but she never misses an opportunity to slam the President or any other Dem.

Anyway, there is a story about KO making an announcement for his future plans and the vast majority of people were hoping he was going start the Olbermann Post.

People are lining up in droves to leave that place but they don’t know where to go.
