When I first joined I was Scandals&Skeletons, when that was banned I had a couple short lived monikers and then took Rampage which lasted a while. When that was over I again had a few short lived handles until OnTopicOffTopic.

I would also add that often times I will be on one side of an issue but as time goes on and there is more information available I might change my stance.

For example the war in Afganastan. I wasn’t gung-ho for it but
when the President was first elected I had no problem with escalation.
Now I think we should get the hell out.

Huffpo is definitely going down hill but I will remain there ( for now) for the following reasons.

While this site is a beautiful one, well organized and run, filled with good people and well written pieces,
I see almost all if not all lean liberal. That doesn’t offer me what I am really looking for in a site to keep my interest for
more than a few minutes – which is dissenting opinions. I don’t mean the usual troll crappola that
is more prevalent than actual discourse and debate but once in a while there will be a conservative who
will take the challenge and debate using fact and opinion without resorting to the usual nonsense.
I have only been here since yesterday so perhaps I am wrong in my judgement. Perhaps there are conservatives posting here who are willing to engage in an intelligent manner.
I will check in here and watch and see.

And if I am wrong please enlighten me! TIA
