time runner

Good ol’ Time, and I don’t mean the magazine. We’re either impatiently waiting for it to take us to the Blue Wave in November and Trump’s 2020 defeat or we’re trying to get it to slow down during our Summer vacations or as our kids get older.

So this weekend’s music thread is about time, including being young or old, the seasons that come and go, whatever songs represent what’s old or new/young, the past, present or future. Now’s the time to share your favorite timely songs!

Take the time to share your favorite songs about time…if you’ve got a minute.

Hi, Fergie -- Great song! And thinking about tomorrow, still keeping hope for Meuller and his team to prevail for our democracy!

I would like to share some good news as well for the days ahead, my younger daughter is engaged!! There are more details that I posted to FD under the song Turn, Turn, Turn. -- Nice to see you, take care. :)

Wonderful news Aquarius! And how romantic! Proposing to your daughter while walking in a park by the Potomac River. May they live a long and happy life -- every good wish to them. :)

I love that you shared this. It adds to our POV ‘family’ in such a lovely and caring way. You take care also. Fond wishes…..Fergie.

Hi, FD -- Actually had a break from those waging war against our democracy, some good news for a change from my little corner of the world! -- My younger daughter and her boyfriend went on a trip to Washington, D.C., she called to say hello…..and to tell us that she is engaged!! 💍 He proposed to her while walking in a park by the Potomac River. There were other people walking in the park who watched as he stopped and asked her on bended knee and opened a box with the ring inside! -- Might be just a tad busier in the months ahead. 😉 He is a great guy -- so happy for her and for him! :)
