Hey Harleigh!
AdLib 7 days ago
hey!! what’s going on tonite?
Harleigh

I think the lead topic has to be Trump self-destructing.
AdLib 7 days ago
Do you think Trump is fatally injured after this week?
AdLib 7 days ago
I seriously did not believe he would run much less get this far. I mean his grade school attitudes and knowledge should have bounced him out in a normal environment. the klowns still left are worse than him.
Harleigh

I think what his “success” has showed is that the GOP now has 30%-40% of its base as ignorant, hateful bigots. Moderate Republicans have fled and the party is just a hollow shell with no principles, just hatreds and all that is personified by Trump/
AdLib 7 days ago
And I do think that Cruz and Kasich are just as bad as him in different ways.
AdLib 7 days ago
They never had a viable candidate and only have the worst of the population left as their pitiful base. ignorant bigots is almost a compliment. LOL
Harleigh

Agree, Ad and Harleigh. It’s beginning to look as if the Trump simplicity and fascist messages are finally drying up. People are beginning to stop listening.
pinkpantheroz

they are horrible. cruz eating buggers and them talking about the size of their weenies! LOL WTF
Harleigh

And what about Berniementum???
pinkpantheroz

Harleigh – That’s as much of a compliment I could give them.
AdLib 7 days ago
you’re too kind.
Harleigh

PPO – I’ve always felt that the Trump phenomenon was just an internal GOP thing, the majority of voters have never been and would never be Trump supporters.
AdLib 7 days ago
I don’t care much for Bernie. He always seemed like an upset old guy that never showed much leadership…. just sqwacked alot.
Harleigh

True, ad, but even Bernie says that whatever shite Trump pronounces is all that gets coverage during the week. Harleigh, I’m looking at Bernie as an older version of Seinfeld!
pinkpantheroz

PPO – I think it’s very cool and interesting to see Bernie gain momentum. But is it surprising? Hillary did well primarily in Southern states (which is meaningless because those states vote Republican) and now that Southern primaries are over, it kind of makes sense that the more Progressive states are favoring Bernie.
AdLib 7 days ago
the old moral majority televangicals are dying off with the KKK and duck dynasty ignorant folks do not have the numbers to win a national election.
Harleigh

Harleigh, Bernie is one of the most successsful Senators, he’s used the amendment process as a Senator to accomplish far more than most Senators have in sponsoring bills that go nowhere.
AdLib 7 days ago
Southern states actually voted for HRC and most are closed primaries. Bern won some caucuses not primaries.
Harleigh

Is Trumps stumblings on abortion REALLY going to be the last straw? We’ve said that so many times already.
pinkpantheroz

LOL every time he’s stumbled he comes back stronger with the dummies.
Harleigh

I recognize that Bernie comes off as gruff and yells a lot…but Hillary does much the same. I think substance is far more important than style and while Bernie’s style may come across too soome as cranky, I think his genuinely Progressive stands on issues are more in step with where most Progressives are.
AdLib 7 days ago
But will he be able to coattail a majority into the congress?
Harleigh

Harleigh, yep, it is a matter of time until the RW loon population thins to where it has little influence. Can’t wait until that happens.
AdLib 7 days ago
I doubt it, H
pinkpantheroz

brb
pinkpantheroz

Harleigh, but you see the point I’m making, Hillary built her lead in the Dem delegate race by winning the most conservative states which are meaningless in a GE because they vote Repub anyway, Bernie has been winning for the most part in the blue and purple states, where turnout will really matter.
AdLib 7 days ago
Bern has to win almost every contest to get enough delegates. I doubt he will but…..
Harleigh

PPO – Nothing will make his core supporters, aboout 30% of the GOP, stop supporting Trump. But as the majority of voters and even many Repubs are repulsed more and moore by him, he becomes a poison pill for the GOP. I do think Trump is permanently damaged foor a GE now.
AdLib 7 days ago
The people that voted for HRC won’t vote repub but the electoral college could get really dicey but by then the moderate repubs may vote dem. Especially the really poor states. Floriduh will vote HRC.
Harleigh

Harleigh – I think even Hillary agrees that the enthusiasm in the Dem Party is behind Bernie. Hillary has many Dems that support her but she can’t fill a stadium with 10,000 supporters like Bernie can. So could he have coattails? I think so.
AdLib 7 days ago
I’ll fully support the nominee. We’ll see if he can do it.
Harleigh

Harleigh – Yes, especially if Trump is running, I think Hillary (and Bernie) would be stronger in purple states like FL. I will vote happily for Hillary if she’s the nominee but I do think Bernie represents best where I am on the issues. And in every GE poll I’ve ever seen, Bernie beats all the GOP candidates by far bigger margins than Hillary. For example, Hillary is tied in polls with Cruz while Bernie beats him handily. Granted, polls this far out shouldn’t be taken too definitively but as a yardstick, it does portray Bernie as the stronger GE candidate.
AdLib 7 days ago
He is a big draw, HRC has been around in the spotlite for over 25 years.
Harleigh

Polls are funny, carson, rubio, Perry They bounce all over the place,
Harleigh

I do think though that after this week, we won’t see Trump beating Hillary or Bernie in the polls.
AdLib 7 days ago
Would you rather have Trump lock up the nom or have it go to a contested convention and maybe Cruz becomes the nom?
AdLib 7 days ago
I hope the repubs can be armed at their convention, and an open bar….. and FIRECRACKERS. LOL
Harleigh

contested and Palin-bachmann as their ticket!! wahahaha
Harleigh

Harleigh – Yep, I hope they gather all the Repubs in a huge circle then they all get trigger happy.
AdLib 7 days ago
Heh! I know you’ve been pulling for that ticket for a long time! What about Romney trying to steal the nom???
AdLib 7 days ago
isn’t that a hoot? and his smarmy fuckin wife Money Boo Boo
Harleigh

I do think having a contested convention will be more destructive to the GOP so that’s probably the best scenario. But I’d hate to loose Trump as the nominee.
AdLib 7 days ago
lose…my “o” key keeps sticking!!!
AdLib 7 days ago
If trump is not the nominee those folks will stay home
Harleigh

Yep, that’s the upside of them succeeding in stealing the nom from Trump. It’s just delicious self-destruction whatever they do!
AdLib 7 days ago
They will start trying to salvage what they can in congress and state houses. they’ve lost the GE
Harleigh

I can’t wait for the GOP convention! The Dem convention could be very interesting too!
AdLib 7 days ago
This week’s Planet America ( check out Time out/OT) had bill Cliintons old policy advisor on, saying that if Hillary gets the nom, most of Bernie’s supporters will swing her way.
pinkpantheroz

the bagger cornvention will be a hoot no matter what. The dem will be decided in the primaries and then their work really begins.
Harleigh

Gotta get to bed… see ya next week I hope.
Harleigh

PPO – Of course they will, Bernie supporters are Dems, they’ll support Hillary against Trump or Cruz.
AdLib 7 days ago
And Hillary supporters will support Bernie.
AdLib 7 days ago
It seems that things are quiet tonight. Our Daylight savings ends tonight , so I have to rejig when Vox is on. Again!
pinkpantheroz

Hey PPO!
AdLib 7 days ago
Forgot about DST for you.
AdLib 7 days ago
DST is a bitch. Eurpoe goes on one day, US another, Here, yet another. Why we all don’t agree to change on the same day is beyond me.
pinkpantheroz

Good question, don’t know why it’s all different like that.
AdLib 7 days ago
Maybe the exchange rate?
AdLib 7 days ago
I think some countries are worried that the cows won’t know when to come in for milking!
pinkpantheroz

I always set my cows to DST a day early.
AdLib 7 days ago
Why? Because I cud.
AdLib 7 days ago
True story! Queensland here will not embrace DST, because they were convinced the extra hour of sunlight would fade the drapes!
pinkpantheroz

pinkpantheroz

So they’re worried their drapes wouldn’t match their carpet?
AdLib 7 days ago
I’d better let you go, Ad. Looks as if everyone is too tired this weekend. Cheers for now
pinkpantheroz
