This is the last Vox Populi before the Iowa Caucuses on Monday, so much to chat about. Trump vs. Fox, Hillary vs. Emails, Cruz vs. Everyone! Our live chat begins as usual at 7:00pm PST! Hope to see you then!
AdLib 7 days ago
Hey PPO!
AdLib 7 days ago
I can’t wait for the results from the kneelers of the corn. Then they can crawl back into their obscure little holes for another 4 years.
Harleigh

Hey Harleigh! The Cornholios?
AdLib 7 days ago
hey adlib. hows everything with you?
Harleigh

LOL I love it. never understood the interest in those few fools though. way overstated.
Harleigh

Doing well, Harleigh! Missed you at Vox the last couple of weeks!
AdLib 7 days ago
working 7 days. just happen to be up for a little while.
Harleigh

Harleigh – I had to explain it to my daughter today when she asked why IA got to go first. I told her, “They bribed their way into it, like NH.”
AdLib 7 days ago
Glad to have you here!
AdLib 7 days ago
for a total of like 6 electoral votes? LOL
Harleigh

IA is like 88% white and NH is like 97% white. Neither state is reflective of the true American public and each has it’s “weird” constituencies, IA with the Fundies and NH with the…”individualists”.
AdLib 7 days ago
I posted this before, interestingly enough, NY is the state with the most reflective demographic population that best represents the US as a whole. Though I’m in Cali, I think NY should go first.
AdLib 7 days ago
IA is a welfare state with all subsidies.
Harleigh

Harleigh – Iowa Republicans are such disgusting hypocrites. They hate “free stuff”, “handouts” and safety nets for the poor yet are greedy pigs for their corn subsidies.
AdLib 7 days ago
The repubs are all whackdoodles and I have no decision between HRC and Panders
Harleigh

and ethalnol.
Harleigh

ethanol
Harleigh

Ethanol is corn-related. As are the brains of their dictator…er, Governor for 24 years.
AdLib 7 days ago
yep. I have no respect for them.
Harleigh

they are glad I’m not king!! LOL so am I.
Harleigh

“All hail King Harleigh!”
AdLib 7 days ago
I think Trump intends to be the first King of America.
AdLib 7 days ago
HRC is my bet. repubs are just flailing away spouting bullshit.
Harleigh

His followers are such morons, he runs away like a coward from a debate because a woman newscaster is too mean to him and they see him as strong? And he instead hosts an obviously insincere “benefit” as a tactic…that all vet groups saw for the sham it was, and they think even more of him. Morons.
AdLib 7 days ago
nothin but klowns
Harleigh

I’ve seen a number of pudnuts (spelling intentional, h/t Bito) like Schmuck Todd and Chris Mathews proclaim that Trump is actually loved by Dems and Indies but the polls are clear that his negatives are through the roof and he is hated by minorities and women. He can’t win.
AdLib 7 days ago
none of the klowns are electable.
Harleigh

And Trump hasn’t faced the kind of negative ads and campaign that he will if he’s in the GE. Right now, all the Repubs accuse him of his flip flopping and not being Christian, BS that doesn’t matter to anyone but small minded Repubs. But when his racism, chauvinism and lack of any real knowledge about any particular issue is hammered, his numbers will plummet even more.
AdLib 7 days ago
he’ll drop like crazy carson
Harleigh

Nope, none of them have a chance. And yet the pudnuts in the MSM need to play up their chances to get ratings. Really, Rubio is the potential Savior for the GOP against Trump? He is such a phony and a lightweight. Christie? He’ll be lucky not to be in jail, he wouldn’t even win his own state. Jeb? Is he still running?
AdLib 7 days ago
So happy to watch Jeb! bury the Bush legacy!
AdLib 7 days ago
He’s done. Trump did get the Palin endorsement of death and Cruz will never get nominated.
Harleigh

Can you imagine the campaign ad that could be made of Palin, Neo Nazis, Klansmen, murderers and Arpaio pledging their support to Trump?
AdLib 7 days ago
It would be like an ad for President Hitler!
AdLib 7 days ago
And the Bundy’s and Duck Dynasty also too!
Harleigh

Oh yeah, the Bundys!
AdLib 7 days ago
There is no way to move to the middle as is usually done in a GE for Trump. He is shackled to Palin, the racists and religious nuts who shoot innocent people in Planned Parenthood offices. No way out and I can’t wait to see him give a concession speech after losing “yuuge”!
AdLib 7 days ago
Let’s occupy a empty gubmint building in the middle of winter with no plans or supplies…. brilliant.
Harleigh

Trump has damaged the GOP and Fox News…after he gets his ass beaten, we should send him a thank you card.
AdLib 7 days ago
Maybe he could get Clint Eastwood a place too! LOL How embarassing
Harleigh

Instead of Clint talking to an empty chair, the Trump RNC event will have a Klansman lighting a cross while the chorus line from “Springtime for Hitler” goosestep in front of it. Heil Trump!
AdLib 7 days ago
I have just gotten back from the future, here is the RNC’s event announcing Donald Trump as their nominee:

AdLib 7 days ago
Hello!
monicaangela

Hey monicaangela!
AdLib 7 days ago
Hello AdLib, what’s on the agenda tonight?
monicaangela

Hi monica! Long time hon!
Harleigh

monica – The Iowa Caucuses are Monday night so all the Trump madness and Hillary/Bernie are on the front burner.
AdLib 7 days ago
Hello Harleigh, yes it has been a long minute. How are things on your end?
monicaangela

ok, working 7 days during the last of open enrollment.
Harleigh

Do you think Trump will win IA on Monday night? If so, with him so far ahead in NH, would it be near a done deal that he will win the nom?
AdLib 7 days ago
AdLib, I for one can’t wait for this first primary event to be over. I’m anxious to see who wins the dem vote and who wins the repub vote.
monicaangela

Wow Harleigh, sounds like you are a busy person. I hope you are enjoying the work.
monicaangela

I still long for a palin – bachmann 2016 ticket for jebus!
Harleigh

And what about the latest Hillary email news? Will it hurt her in IA or not? If Bernie wins in IA and NH, can he gain enough momentum to win elsewhere?
AdLib 7 days ago
I only enjoy the money honey! LOL
Harleigh

The truth is, I’m not sure if he will win or not. He appears to be the front runner as far as the polls are concerned, but that hasn’t meant a lot in the past.
monicaangela

I don’t see Panders winning. Most see past the smoke and bullshit of her emails and BENGHAZI!!!
Harleigh

Palin put in a slight appearance as Trump supporter and it bought Tina Fey back to SNL. Imagine if Bachmann endorsed someone and the two of them decided to go on the road together. LOL!!
monicaangela

Monica – I am very anxious to see the results too. I’d kind of like Cruz to win in IA and watch Trump go mental. Then Trump could win NH and they could battle back and forth while Jeb! , Rubio, Christie, et al meet a quick end.
AdLib 7 days ago
come n git yer screech on!
Harleigh

we need a real cruz birther shebang!
Harleigh

I believe the Hillary emails that are being called Top Secret now, were not classified during the time she sent or recieved them, so that’s a difficult call. How are they classifying emails after she is out of office. Yes, I sincerely believe Bernie could take it off if he gets momentum from the first two states.
monicaangela

Yep, Harleigh, all they would need would be Joannie Ernst and the screehing would be at record levels.
monicaangela

Hi all, having fun with the schemozzle of the GOP debates, I see!
pinkpantheroz

monica – Yes, that’s what I’m gathering as well, the emails were classified after the fact. Should not be an issue for Dem voters really but the Repubs are getting all red in the face over it, insisting “She’s not qualified to be President.” Look in the mirror while you guzzle a mini bottle of water, Marco!
AdLib 7 days ago
Hey PPO! Yep, that and the upcoming IA caucus on Monday!
AdLib 7 days ago
I really don’t want to see Cruz win anything. And, how would you tell if Trump goes mental? He appears to be going mental every time I see him.
monicaangela

well said, Monica! Is anyone asking Cruz how he can be President if he can’t abide by the concept of separation of church and State?
pinkpantheroz

Marco is the perfect puppet. Whoever pulls his strings, needs to brush up on their puppetteer skills.
monicaangela

monica – I can’t stand Cruz but I would like to see a death match between him and Trump for months. If Trump wins in IA, I wonder if any other candidate can win a state away from him and keep him in the battle.
AdLib 7 days ago
Hello PPO!! Good to see you here. Sorry to read about all of the medical issues you have been undergoing lately. I hope you are doing well after the ordeal.
monicaangela

Marco is disliked here in floriduh. he ain’t going nowhere.LOL
Harleigh

HYes, thanks, Monica. Left leg saved, right leg to be done soon. Only need a cane every now and again.
pinkpantheroz

Thirsty For Rubio – 2016!

AdLib 7 days ago
Is that Coolaid? Pity!
pinkpantheroz

PPO, I believe Cruz believes he can change the constitution if he becomes President, and will do away with all of that separation of church and State shortly after taking office.
monicaangela

Why, oh why aren’t the DNC not hammering him on this?
pinkpantheroz

At least Rubio will get the Pinocchio vote, he lies and he’s made out of wood.
AdLib 7 days ago
tax all the fuckin churches.
Harleigh

AdLib, I believe if Trump wins Iowa, he will definitely wind up at the convention, even if he doesn’t win all of the States.
monicaangela

right on, Harleigh!
pinkpantheroz

Mon, if he doesn’t he can always hold his own Convention
pinkpantheroz

I love the way you are taking this in stride PPO, says a lot about your attitude and outlook on life. I don’t know if I could be as upbeat as you are if I had to undergo this type of surgery.
monicaangela

monica – That’s a good bet, I think you’re right. But I could imagine Trump wrapping this up quickly if he wins in IA, NH, SC and NV. And right now he is ahead in the polls in all! Though IA’s caucuses all depend on turnout and Trump needs new caucus goers to come out.
AdLib 7 days ago
fiorina and carson are the most separated from reality and crazy carson was #1 for a few weeks.
Harleigh

Beats the alternaqtive, Mon!
pinkpantheroz

PPO, I second Monica, you are one remarkable guy in the way you’re dealing with it. Very cool!
AdLib 7 days ago
and then faux would have to support him!!!BWAHAHAHAHA
Harleigh

I agree Harleigh, all churces should be taxed. I don’t believe there is one large group in the country that doesn’t meddle in politics. They should have to pay for the right just as the rest of us do. Tax the Effin churches is correct. Spot on my friend!!!
monicaangela

(Blush!)
pinkpantheroz

So who’s going to dropout after IA and/or NH? Martin O’Malley should drop. Santorum? Fiorina? Who else?
AdLib 7 days ago
fatso and huck can go
Harleigh

You may be joking PPO, but I believe Trump would hold his own convention if he loses. Then of course, there is always the opportunity to take his billions and run as an indepentent in the general is they “treat him badly.” LOL!!
monicaangela

The unspeakable chasing the inedible!
pinkpantheroz

AdLib, we have to remeber that many of Trumps backers are members of the Tea Party, I believe they will help get the people to come out and caucus.
monicaangela

Monica, it’s really great that the GOP is devouring itself. Not one credible candidate, despite all the ciruses
pinkpantheroz

I guess you’re right PPO. That’s the attitude I hope I can call upon to follow if I ever have to deal with a similar situation.
monicaangela

each and everyone of them are extremely embarassing.
Harleigh

The only problem i see is, can any Dem, other than Hillary, unify the Dems enough to win?
pinkpantheroz

nope… HRC is the only real choice and the only dem in the race.
Harleigh

Harleigh, don’t let KT hear you say that!
pinkpantheroz

Harleigh and Monica – Considering how many churches are so involved in politics today, I think the days of tax exemption should be in the past since there is no separation anymore.
AdLib 7 days ago
I heard on the MSM that there will be no more kids table debates after the last one, so we may be spared the presence of Fiorina, Huckabee, Santorum, and the rest of that crowd as far as debates are concerned. I see Huckabee and Santorum don’t appear to be willing to go away without a fight. Case in point, their appearance at Trumps affair.
monicaangela

Desperation, more like, Monica
pinkpantheroz

Good evening, all. Monica, Harleigh and PPO, good to “see” you all here. How is everyone tonight?
glenn

Hey glenn, finest kind!
pinkpantheroz

hey glenn
Harleigh

The republican party is actually trying to blame their current dilemma on Trump. The should look past Trump, and examine their record over the years.
monicaangela

Geez, for once it’s NOT Obama’s fault? that’s a first!
pinkpantheroz

Hey glenn!
AdLib 7 days ago
Absolutel AdLib, I don’t say it because I have anything against religion, I say churces should be taxed because as you say, they are all political, and do not hide the fact.
monicaangela

Monica, the republican party is in disarray and trump is just the culmination of all their rabble rousing of the past 20-30 years.
glenn

Hello glenn, good to see you. I am doing well. I hope all is well with you.
monicaangela

all churches are a scam.
Harleigh

Monica, yes all is well with me. Same ol’, same ol’, which is a good thing.
glenn

monica – Yes, the problem with the racist/facist fans in the GOP date back to the Civil Rights Act and Nixon’s Southern Strategy. This is just its ultimate evolution.
AdLib 7 days ago
Hear, hear glen. I couldn’t agee more. Disarray is a good word.
monicaangela

I have always thought that Churches, no matter what denomination, have always indulged in politics
pinkpantheroz

Invisible angels and demons and jebus watching us masturbate! Glory!
Harleigh

PPO–agreed, churches have always indulged in politics; therefore they should be taxed.
glenn

PPO – Sometime churches have been political in great ways, as in the days of Civil Rights protests and then we have those encouraging the shooting of abortion doctors.
AdLib 7 days ago
Agreed, glenn and all.
pinkpantheroz

The evolution comes along with the mental attitude of those who subscribe to the party AdLib. The Southern Strategy which actually changed the party, was something that had been happening behind closed doors for a long time. I believe the exposure to the public of the beiefs of the party is what has caused the members to go completely insane since they don’t have to hide their feelings anymore.
monicaangela

But what does it tell you about RW Fundies who are supporting an obvious atheist like Trump…because they like his dictatorial image. So they prefer power over their beliefs.
AdLib 7 days ago
Monica, I can believe that, and now Trump gives them the Imprimatur to voice all kinds of hatred and xenophobia out loud, and get away with it.
pinkpantheroz

LOL Harleigh, yep, just another manner of control. How do you keep um down on the farm, or in this case subservient to those that would dictate what they can and cannot do.
monicaangela

I love going to The Hill and Newsmax to poke fun at the baggers there! LOL especially the threads about BENGHAZI!! and emails.
Harleigh

Ad–Even if churches are political for the good, they should still be taxed. Just think of the millions of dollars we could collect, especially from the Catholic and mega churches.
glenn

Ad, the GOP has always preferred power to anything else, and blithely ignore religous teachings to achieve it.
pinkpantheroz

Harleigh–so the rwnj have not moved on from Benghazi? I’m still trying to figure out what it is that is the “scandal” of Benghazi. Do you know from reading those sites?
glenn

I agree glenn. Why should we have mega churches with pastors living like pigs at the trough and not paying their fair share to be members of this nation, or any nation for that matter.
monicaangela

Harleigh, are they still flogging that Jurassic horse? Wow, and these bastards vote!
pinkpantheroz

Monica–especially keeping women subservient!
glenn

Monica it is really nobody else’s business what you or any woman’s health issues are and most especially not a bunch of gross old men.
Harleigh

monica – That’s what the “anti-Political-Correctness” crap is all about, speaking openly about their racism and bigotry.
AdLib 7 days ago
Exactly glenn, that is where much of this vitriol from the right comes from. Their argument agains PP and other issues are based upon their desire to control women.
monicaangela

Harleigh–read t oday about a repub male running against a repub female where he called her “sweetie” and said she shouldn’t be running for office because she is in her 30’s and the mother of 2 toddlers. What a putz!
glenn

Harleigh – Really? The RW nuts are still going on about Benghazi? Kind of funny!
AdLib 7 days ago
Women of America, get your power back! Deny those redneck bastards their ‘conjugal rights’ till you get more respect!
pinkpantheroz

Hi folks
escribacat

That’s correct AdLib. They seem to think that speaking of doing away with polical correctness falls on deaf ears and nobody listenning can fute out what they mean when they say that.
monicaangela

Glenn it has been evolving from HRC and Obummer sent them to die, gave a stand down order to troops that were not there to stand down, she lied about the reason for the attack and should go to prison for not ordering more security forces that were not there and finally the are livid about her 2008 server. LOL
Harleigh

Hey escrib!
AdLib 7 days ago
Ad–I don’t want to be no stinkin’ politically correct; I want to be able to call anyone names and don’t care if I offend anyone. Isn’t that what this great country was founded on? Wh shouldn’t I be able to call you a libtard or worse? Are your little fee fees hurt? (Just sayin’)
glenn

Hello escribat!
monicaangela

Hi escribacat!
glenn

glenn – I agree, churches should pay taxes. They use roads, police and fire, etc, and want our military to protect them, why shouldn’t they be paying their fair share?
AdLib 7 days ago
Harleigh, do you ask them what they thing about the Bush fiasco?
monicaangela

Harleigh–IOW, the same ol’ shit that has been proven to not be true; but they’ll go with it anyway. Any comments about the 11-hour waste of taxpayer money to find out nothing?
glenn

They don’t acknowlede that because it was all obamas fault! seriously.
Harleigh

Ad–because they have “god on their side.”
glenn

Ad, they also can thrive in the US because of the protections of the Constitution, despite them being moneygrabbin xenophobes who want to push their flawed versions of whatever Book they acribe to
pinkpantheroz

Harleigh–what was Obama’s fault? The Bush fiasco or the 11-hour hearing?
glenn

PPO – The GOP may prefer power over morality but these RW Fundies? They are so quick to abandon any beliefs to put a “sinning” facist in power.
AdLib 7 days ago
I got suspended for a couple of my rants there… their mods had a fit! Wanna see? LOL
Harleigh

Hey, Harleigh, twhat are the sites again? I might go have a bit of fun there!
pinkpantheroz

Some people on those sites are paid trolls, and others are those that are so into the RW ideology, they’ll say anything about any democrat if it makes them look bad.
monicaangela

Ad–this is what I don’t understand. These so-called moral church-goers are willing to listen to a serial divorcer and a man who wants to screw his daughter. Morals, indeed!
glenn

I’m as puzzled as you are, glenn
pinkpantheroz

So are you saying they have amnesia when it comes to the Bush Administration? Do they just skip that era completely and move on to assign blame to Obama?
monicaangela

glenn – But my point is, our definition of PC is not what Trump and the GOP are using. Their definition is open racism and bigotry. Ours is freedom of expression but not in the pursuit of spreading hatred of races and religions.
AdLib 7 days ago
I don’t think Trumpites care about issues as much as they care about having a strongman.
escribacat

Escrib, yep, just like Putin!
pinkpantheroz

PPO ‘The Hill’ and ‘Newsmax’. bagger heben! LOL
Harleigh

PPO Exactly.
escribacat

I go to The Hill sometimes. Mixture of right and left commenters.
escribacat

Thanks, H!
pinkpantheroz

I agree escribacat. Heaven forbid if one of the Bundy’s had decided to run for office. I would be willing to bet good money they would have many of the Trump followers backing them as well.
monicaangela

I got over a hundred nasty replies about murderin babies and tons of upvotes befor it was removed,
Harleigh

I personally attempted to have a conversation with a very young blastocyst on this subject of ‘person-hood’ but the female carrier threatened to call the police! It was probably my head lamp helmet and speculum that weird-ed her out the most. The bus driver was kind of annoyed also too! They’ll be sorry when I get a job as a senior officer in the new Federal Homeland Sakuraty Department of Gina Police. I would be the first Gina General! It would require a department of at least 15,000 talabangical white male Gina Police to keep an eye on over 150,000,000 possible rogue gina’s spread across our great freedumb land of murikkka. With the help and cooperation of the NSA and 17 other intelligence spy agencies we would be able to look into anything that seemed even a little bit fishy! By preventing the termination of the births of literally millions of future personhoods we could then conscript them directly off of welfare and into the military at the age of 18 and never again have to pay foreign mercenaries to defend our freedumbs and rights here in murikkka or overseas! I have applied with the RNC for the job of Gina General!
Harleigh

Yes, Monica, with all the Good Ol’ Boy Militias outside the polling stations
pinkpantheroz

escrib – As astounding as it may seem, those who are the most strident about religion are the least faithful to it, they would rather have a theocratic dictatorship in the US than democracy and they see Trump as being their “messiah” in pursuit of that. IA gives a bad name to religion.
AdLib 7 days ago
PPO we can counter with the new blak panthers!!! both of them.
Harleigh

I don’t see how the evangelicals can support Trump. He is so obviously a phony Christian. “Two Corinthians” indeed.
escribacat

Raise the black glove, H!
pinkpantheroz

LOL
Harleigh

Only 2 Corinthians, escrib? Where are the rest of them?
pinkpantheroz

Ad–agreed, our definition of PC and their is completely different. Just as our definition of Democracy and their is completely different. Ours is that we are a diverse nation and that ALL Americans should have the same rights and privileges. Theirs is that only white, Christians should have those privileges and rights. I do despair of ever seeing that change.
glenn

I’m banned from the Blaze for giving those stupid baggers what they all rant about!!!
Harleigh

glenn, still debating why they call themselves Christians. Not a sign of New Testament to be seen
pinkpantheroz

AdLib, and escrib, I think those that would use religion to win any argument are utilizing religion in a manner that it should never be used for. I also believe those that thump the bible and scream holier than thou, are what quotes in the bible consider false prophets.
monicaangela

Glenn — ours is that we respect other cultures. Theirs is to fear and despise anyone who is different.
escribacat

glenn – Consider the message that Cruz sent by sending water bottles only to anti-abortion people in Flint. Non-believers can die, their lives don’t matter.
AdLib 7 days ago
Harleigh–LOL–the Gina Police! You are a very clever man!
glenn

Ad–but I thought ALL lives matter. Isn’t that what they keep telling us?
glenn

Ad, sounding more and more Nazi-like every day.
pinkpantheroz

G the Gina police will wear mauve uniforms!!! LMAO
Harleigh

glenn – Exactly, it’s “Only those lives of people who believe like us matter”.
AdLib 7 days ago
Gotta run, have a good evenning everyone.
monicaangela

Real savings could be realized by cutting back on the majority of the moochers and eliminating all red state Federal welfare like socialist roads, snow removal, bridges, tunnels, clean water, sewage treatment, and flood control. All socialist programs like Medicare, Medicaid, ACA HC, NIH, CDC involvement, Social Security, food inspection, farm subsidies, SNAP, FEMA and EPA should be eliminated in those states along with money for fire, postal, police and prison services. Most military installations in those states are totally redundant waste and need to be closed or consolidated into the blue states. The biggest waste of money in the red states is for education. While that wasteful spending has thankfully been greatly reduced by those state governments the remainder could go to the richest 1% allowing all those 99% children to go work in factories or in warehouses or on the poison laden GMO farms. Praise jebus!
Harleigh

Es–exactly! As was noted in many sites this morning, the “fear factor” was definitely ramped up in last night’s debate.
glenn

Bye, Monica!
escribacat

Good night Monica
pinkpantheroz

G’night Monica–so glad to chat with you for a while! Have a great weekend!
glenn

nite Monica!
Harleigh

PPO – If he thought it would lock down a win in IA, I could see Trump or Cruz wearing a swastika.
AdLib 7 days ago
Night Monica!
AdLib 7 days ago
Ad, round up the usual Muslems…
pinkpantheroz

Harleigh–you should run for president. You could give trump a run for his money!
glenn

glenn LOL
pinkpantheroz

PPO – Trump was originally fine with setting up concentration camps for Muslims. And Hillary is disqualified for President because of emails?
AdLib 7 days ago
Adlib you still confident Trump can’t win?
escribacat

Harleigh–they already have a head start in MI with that cutting back on clean water stuff!
glenn

LOL except I know I am totally unqualified for the job!
Harleigh

You’ll be a shoo-in, then Harleigh!
pinkpantheroz

LMAO
Harleigh

Harleigh–I’d say you are just as qualified as trump.
glenn

escrib – 100% confident Trump can never win. If he makes it to a GE, non-Repub voters will be appalled by the things that attract RW voters to him. His negatives are sky high and he’ll activate a huge turnout by Latinos, women and many other groups he aims his hatred at. Trump can’t win.
AdLib 7 days ago
Thanks. I just wanted some more reassurance.
escribacat

His followers scare the crap out of me. Got a bunch of tose types in my town.
escribacat

Ad, I agree, but I fear that those closer to the rubbish being slung haven’t the intelligence to fathom that.

Ad-there has been a lot of speculation about what trump will do if he doesn’t win. What do you think he’ll do when he loses? People are always talking about heads exploding, but I’d really like to see trump’s explode–literally. And, as you know, I’m usually not a mean person, but that man is dangerous!
glenn

Glenn, I’m more concerned about what his supporters will do when he loses.
escribacat

They all seem out of control nuts to me.
escribacat

Like those foaming gun toting blobs in Oregon — scary people. Not predictable.
escribacat

Good point, escrib. I would fear for the new POTUS
pinkpantheroz

Es–good point! If he loses, we’ll probably have more anarchy than we do now.
glenn

I think this cycle will be even more bizzarro than how well Texas defended itself against all those invasions in 2014 like by the ISIS secret facilities that were never located in or around a few miles from Waco, the ISIS invasion by highly contagious illegal immigrant Ebola infected child drug mules and then the Federal Government invasion under the guise of Jade Helm to round up all white people in the state and put them in secret undisclosed FEMA camps somewhere. We all wonder what the outcome would have been if any of those faux invented invasions had actually happened! Oh the humanity. Guess they won’t ask for any fedrul gubmint handouts jus cause of some rain. The rain was caused by gay marriage, Planned Parenthood and those danged raindancer people.

Imagine a simple anti-Trump ad. His saying Mexicans are criminals and rapists, his nasty comments about women and wanting to “date” his own daughter, stopping all Muslims from coming into the country, blaming Black Lives Matter as the real threat to police and Sarah Palin endorsing him along with neo-nazis, klansmen and guys assaulting innocent Muslims. Just run that repeatedly and the race is over.
AdLib 7 days ago
Harleigh–no offense, but have you been taking language lessons from palin?
glenn

Glenn, Harleigh, LOL!
pinkpantheroz

Ad — his spokeswoman called Obama the “head negro.”
escribacat

I cheated… I got ROsetta Stone Engrish!
Harleigh

Harleigh–the Chinese version?
glenn

glenn – What could Trump do if he lost? Just claim the election was rigged? He’d look like the loser he is and lose power since his “power” is all about always winning.
AdLib 7 days ago
I thought we wuz hearin’ from Sherrif Buford T Jus…. sorry, Arpaio on Cruz’ Birth Certificate
pinkpantheroz

I hope that “trumpitis” doesn’t permanently change the tone of public discourse, where it’s okay to be vile like Limbaugh on mainstream media.
escribacat

OH NO!!! It is!!
Harleigh

Ad–but that’s what even republicans are saying about trump and it just makes him more popular! Guess that changes in the GE?
glenn

PPO Trump had Arpaio with him on stage the other day
escribacat

Oh, REALLY. then it’s true that Satire is now redundant
pinkpantheroz

Harleigh–you know, if you ran for Prez, I think you should definitely solicit Bachmann’s endorsement. And maybe Joanie the castrator. Just think of the platform you could devise using those two!
glenn

Escrib – That needs to be added to the commercial! And I mentioned his Arpaio endorsement earlier. Only the ignorant white people who are bigotted will be motivated to vote for him. Meanwhile, lots of estab Repubs can’t stand him either! They may not vote and really undercut him.
AdLib 7 days ago
Has anyone seen where a Saudi Prince tweeted Trump to say that He had bailed Trump out on 2 occasions? Now THAT’s Irony!
pinkpantheroz

Es–trumpitis, indeed. I do think it will take a while for the rwnj to stop that disease; especially if (or when) trump loses!
glenn

PPO yeah trump twittered some doctored pic of the prince with Megyn Kelly. Can’t remember what puerile bullshit that was about
escribacat

glenn – Keep in mind, Trump gets more popular with the RW Repubs, he’s not attracting indies and Dems who aren’t bigots. He has 40% of a party that only has 25% of voters, that’s only 10% for Trump and 90% not for Trump.
AdLib 7 days ago
G I would do it as a joke. the fear would be what if I won?? I think I would put Liz in office, LOL
Harleigh

PPO–saw that. Put trump right in his place! And, although he answers every other tweet; I notice he hasn’t said a word about that one! Irony indeed!
glenn

Ad–okay, guess I’m like Es; needing reassurance.
glenn

And I guarantee, once things get serious and Trump would be in a GE where he could become President, fear of a Trump Presidency will turn on him big time.
AdLib 7 days ago
I wonder how a Bloomberg run would affect a Trump/Clinton fight.
escribacat

Trump did get the Duck Dynasty Phil Robertson endorsement!
Harleigh

I’m not real clear where Bloomberg stands.
escribacat

Ad, the problem is that no one can tell WHEN it becomes serious. Howver, It’s good that the numbers are reassuring
pinkpantheroz

Harleigh–great idea! What office would you give her?
glenn

Can’t wait for the Megyn Kelly interview with Trump after he wins the nom!
AdLib 7 days ago
Es–Bloomberg is just a little more “politically correct” than trump but his policies are even more to the right than trump. Profiling; lower taxes, blah, blah, blah
glenn

Ad, It will never happen. Trump will start up his own Trump News and suck all the rWNJs from poor Faux Noos.
pinkpantheroz

I would run with Warren, win and resign a day later making her president.
Harleigh

Ad–trump will just brag to Megyn about how he won without having to attend any of “her” debates.
glenn

Harleigh–Outstanding!
glenn

PPO – Actually, when the GE begins, Americans get more serious about the election. The primary season is nicknamed “the silly season” because most Americans aren’t deeply involved yet and all kinds oof wack things are said and happen. When the GE comes, things will come very much into focus and Trump will go down big.
AdLib 7 days ago
Do it, H!
pinkpantheroz

It would be cool…
Harleigh

Ad, here’s hoping! I’m just so jaded with all the hatred, I can’t see it diminishing soon
pinkpantheroz

PPO–oh, I can just see it now. The Trump TV! The ratings would be yuuge!
glenn

Glenn….the Sarah Palin channel didn’t work out so well!
escribacat

Ad–all kidding aside, do you see this election as similar to when goldwater went down so big?
glenn

these rwnj’s are so bizarre.
Harleigh

Es–no, it didn’t, but she’s not a billionaire yet, so it didn’t count.
glenn

Glenn, Goldwater really did get clobbered (just looked it up — 38%) That would be so satisfying
escribacat

52 electoral votes!
escribacat

Trump is too handcuffed to the extremist people and positions that most Americans won’t support. From bigotry against all Muslims to ending the ACA, from adding tariffs that will cause inflation to skyrocket to ending Planned Parenthood. He is cooked, he just doesn’t knoow it because he’s in a RW Repub bubble.
AdLib 7 days ago
Ad, Trump is drunk and delirious with all the attention.
escribacat

I suppose we should hope he wins. Cruz is even scarier and more dangerous.
escribacat

Wins the nomination I mean
escribacat

Sorry folks, gotta go. My laptop is getting quite hot and I need to cool it down. See you again soon. thanks for all the good wishes. My Lady and I are managing with 3 legs, 3 eyes and 3 arms right now. Got it going well!
pinkpantheroz

See you PPO
escribacat

glenn – Yes, very much so. I can see a real similarity between Goldwater and Trump, both extremists who looked like juggernauts because of hos they excited the bigots in their base but when it came to a GE, Goldwater handed the GOP one of its biggest defeats.
AdLib 7 days ago
Bye PPO!
AdLib 7 days ago
none of the repubs would stand a chance against hrc in a debate.
Harleigh

later PPO
Harleigh

escrib – Indeed. Trump is the poster boy for “Overconfidence” right now because all the success he’s seeing is from a small segment of Americans. He is too egotistical to know that so when the GE comes, he’ll feel like he was hit in the head with a 2 by 4…which doesn’t sound like a bad idea at all.
AdLib 7 days ago
I’ve had a few fantasies of doing that myself. I wonder if his advisers just kow tow to him and don’t tell him anything negative. Like most dictators
escribacat

Well I have to get to bedd folks.nite!
Harleigh

good night, H1
escribacat

H!
escribacat

Harleigh – Agreed! In a legit debate, Trump will pale against Bernie or Hillary. And he will make more slips of the lip that bury him.
AdLib 7 days ago
Night Harleigh!
AdLib 7 days ago
Trump will find himself in unfamiliar territory when he can’t control who is in the audience.
escribacat

G’nite, PPO. Keep on keeping on!
glenn

I am looking forward to the GE debates, Trump will be squashed with all his generalities. And he can’t walk out on those without handing 2 hours of free national airtime to the Dem!
AdLib 7 days ago
‘Nite, Harleigh. Loved chatting with you tonight; your sense of humor is fantastic!
glenn

escrib – Yes, Trump is so insecure, when he feels he doesn’t have control, he runs away as he did this week. If he does that in a GE, he’s dead.
AdLib 7 days ago
I think a lot of my anxiety comes from the idea that trump has stirred up the right wing hornets nest and that when he loses, they are going to be still stirred up.
escribacat

Maybe they will go back home and return to yelling at their TVs but who knows. They are angry people.
escribacat

Ad and Es–would be so satisfying to see trump hit with a 2×4. Those figures are astounding, Es; thanks for looking them up.
glenn

escrib – I don’t know that the RW nuts could be any more whipped up than when a black man was elected President.
AdLib 7 days ago
Es–I agree. They are angry people, and eveJutn if the next President has success in restoring some of the American middle class, they will never admit it. Just like all those people who won’t get insurance because the gop named it “Obamacare.” Idiots, all.
glenn

Don’t know how I got the word eveJutn. Hope you all understood what I meant.
glenn

I think you meant “even” no?
escribacat

Hehe
escribacat

Here’s a possibility, if the RW finally get their candidate to be the nom and he loses big, the GOP will turn around and slap them down, “No more decisions for you!” Maybe we need a Trump to be the nom and lose to see a return to reason and bipartisanship from the GOP?
AdLib 7 days ago
Es–yes, that’s what I meant.
glenn

Yeah I suppose they’re no difference from that pillow head woman who told McCain Obama couldn’t be trusted because he’s an “Arab”.
escribacat

Adlib, I think that is probably the best scenario that could come out of this. That reason may prevail.
escribacat

Meanwhile, GOP looks like a failed party to me. Not that I love the GOP but I don’t think it’s good for the country.
escribacat

Ad–how ever will the repubs convince the base that reason and bipartisanship are the way to go, after 30 years of screaming it’s wrong?
glenn

Our election looks like a grade d reality show.
escribacat

The RW nuts believed a Muslim, Kenyan, Socialist, Communist (I know they’re not compatible), Marxist, anti-colonialist, white-hater was President. That anger isn’t comparable this year if a white man or woman wins.
AdLib 7 days ago
Ad–even if that woman is Hillary?
glenn

glenn – I don’t think the estab Repubs will feel that they need to convince the RWs of anything after they fail. it will be, “You tried it your way and ruined everything. Now we’ll try it our way!”
AdLib 7 days ago
glenn – To Repubs, I think Hillary hatred is an 8 but Obama hatred is a 10.
AdLib 7 days ago
Ad–okay, I’ll bite. What is “their way?” Because haven’t they been saying that bipartisanship is worng?
glenn

Ad — that’s a good possibility. After all this is a backlash against the two “moderate” (????) canddiates McCain and Romney
escribacat

Ad what would Sanders hatred be?
escribacat

Jesus–I can’t type tonight–“wrong”.
glenn

glenn – They’ve been opposing bipartisanship because they have been letting the party drift towards the only energy in the party, the Tea Party. The power of the Tea Party would peak with the selection of their candidate for the Presidential nom. If they lose, they lose power in the GOP. After all, it will prove that their direction is a path to destruction.
AdLib 7 days ago
Es–Sanders hatred is a 6 or 7, because he’s a “socialist”.
glenn

I think of my oldest bro, Rush Limbaugh hermit type who loves his guns and hates almost everyone. It really doesn’t matter who is elected. He hated Bush too. But he just bitches to anyone near him who will listen. He’s not active. I doubt he votes.
escribacat

Es–well, that’s a good thing that he doesn’t vote.
glenn

escrib – As the TP gained power, they fought against McCain and Romney but lost. Now they may finally get their candidate and the reality of how unacceptable their thinking is to the nation will be a real shock to them.
AdLib 7 days ago
Ad, that would be a very good thing. A good possibility that will happen. What worries me is some unexpected event that freaks everyone out and they vote for the Strongman.
escribacat

Ad–but will the TP accept responsibility for their loss? Or will it matter if they do?
glenn

escrib – Many Trump supporters don’t speak badly of Sanders, some even say they could support him. Sanders would be the least hated President of all the candidates I think.
AdLib 7 days ago
Which is so strange. He far left of Obama and Clinton!
escribacat

Es–the next thing is that Zika virus. They’ll pump that up like Ebola.
glenn

Oh, yeah. That’ll be Obama’s fault somehow.
escribacat

I’m not sure I would go to the Olympics though — if I were of that age.
escribacat

escrib – Anything is possible but I don’t think that scenario is probable. Trump doesn’t actually have answers and isn’t really strong. He may respond to an event like he is but Hillary or Bernie shouldn’t have any problem reminding people, “He was afraid to face Megyn Kelly, he’s not the one you want facing this emergency…he’ll just run away!”
AdLib 7 days ago
Rightwing doesn’t even care if Trump chums up to Clintons or supports abortion or Obamacare. They want a strongman.
escribacat

Es–I would so love to see Sanders win. We need to drag this country back to the center; which is actually where Bernie is. He just seems far left because we have gone so far to the right.
glenn

Glenn…agreed. He’s more akin to our European allies. Who have a much better system than we do. We are so backwards in many ways. I read an article once that said we were much more like Russia than Europe.
escribacat

glenn – No, I don’t think any TP type is capable of accepting responsibility but nothing strengthens the spines of estab Repubs like losing badly in an election. They will simply take the reins away from the TP and quit deferring to their failing ways.
AdLib 7 days ago
I confess I still don’t like Bernie! Vivid memories of him crapping all over Obama too many times.
escribacat

Maybe I like Obama too much.
escribacat

Es–some of the rightwing would say that it’s a good thing that we’re like Russia. They love putin, after all.
glenn

escrib – How crazy is it to have the Olympics there now? I couldn’t imagine a movie plot better than that to create a worldwide plague.
AdLib 7 days ago
Well the hidden message there is that our culture may very well welcome a strongman like Putin — or Trump
escribacat

Ad–That would be such a good thing if the gop finally stopped cowtowing to the TP.
glenn

Ad — no kidding. All the stories about the horrible pollution there. UGH.
escribacat

escrib – I think there are plenty of Bernie and Hillary supporters who won’t be enthusiastic to vote for the other…but with Trump on the other side, they will.
AdLib 7 days ago
Okay, guys, time for me to call it a night. Enjoyed chatting with you all. Have a great weekend.
glenn

I sure hope so. You’re right — Trump would galvanize the opposition.
escribacat

Good night Glenn. I’ll sign off too. I suppose I shold hope Trumpie wins on Monday
escribacat

Es–definitely the “lesser of two evils” between him and Cruz. G’night
glenn

escrib – That’s how Reagan got elected. America was feeling weak and helpless with the Iran hostages, a weak economy, etc. And along came Reagan as a strongman-type dictator and he was elected. But Trump is no Reagan, he has no charm for the majority of Americans and is transparent in his egotism and lack of principles.
AdLib 7 days ago
Night glenn! Night escrib! Have a great weekend!
AdLib 7 days ago
Yeah that’s true. A lot of dems voted for Reagan (a mystery to me!!!!)
escribacat
