Anti-war-protest-DC-1

With The House’s vote coming up next week to either authorize or reject Pres. Obama’s resolution to launch a military attack on Syria, this week’s music thread is about war. So dust off your favorite anti-war protest songs, songs about fighting and being angry and songs protesting about any important issue.

War – Edwin Starr

Eve of Destruction – Barry McGruire

For What It’s Worth – Buffalo Springfield

Worldwide Suicide – Pearl Jam

Give Peace a Chance – John Lennon
